Terrible company
I ordered a pair of regatta trousers 32 short which is a 29" inside leg but I was sent 32 regular which is a 30" inside leg.
The label on the trousers says 32s 30" inside leg, this is not a short, so I have been mis-sold these trousers, the only reason I ordered from this company was because I couldn't get size short anywhere else, but what I received I could have bought in many other shops far cheaper and with fee p&p.
The fact is other companies are advertising these trousers as size regular, for everyone knows size 30" inside leg is regular and not short
I never usually buy from companies that don't provide free returns but i was so eager to get a size short I never checked.
Also trousers where not the same as in picture advertised.
I could not recommend this company, avoid like the plague if you don't want to be disappointed and out of pocket.

Sizing can differ from Manufacturer to Manufacturer, we sent the correct item as ordered as sized by Regatta.

Royal Mail offer a reasonable return service - 2nd Class Signed for Service, which is also a tracked service.

Absolutely delighted that I was able to purchase an expensive winter coat for half price in the sale and which was sent to me well packaged - it arrived far quicker than I expected! Also saw lots of other bargains for outdoor wear on the website so I'm sure I will purchase again. There is a fantastic selection and not overpriced.
