The best thing about working with Greenback is the interaction with an experienced tax accountant who is responsive to my questions, and who is very knowledgeable about my circumstance because he has been assigned to my account consistently for several years of filings.

The process was smooth, other than the questionnaire which did my head in. It asks for numbers that are included in the tax documents provided, I didnt see why I had to cherry pick information from documents I am unfamiliar with. When it gets to the point where I am confident doing this, I can do my own tax returns. In the end I ignored the emails to complete the questionnaire. Other than this issue, I liked my tax preparer,he asked all the right questions, I feel confident everything will go well.

This service really helped make what was a bewildering labyrinth of accounting requirements into a doable endeavor. I couldn't really ask for more.
