It was all straight forward and kept informed. It did take just over 2 hours to collect the car was the only downside. A little quicker would have been nice 👍

The time I waited and tried calling it was a nightmare 08.20 hrs called them kept getting pushed back no toilet stuck with no toilets just finished at 12 hrs shift for a the emergency service they turned up at 16. 30 hrs

First time calling out Green Flag and the service they provided was amazing! The technician arrived within the hour and I was kept updated every step of the way. The initial phone call was so quick and easy. I got through to an advisor straight away and he was super helpful. Simple process and literally half the price of AA for the same cover. After 41 years of AA membership I’ve switched to Green Flag.

I would highly recommend Green Flag. This was the best customer service including the whole process of reporting my breakdown to receiving assistance I have received in a long time. In an age where customer service seems to of gone out the window I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of the whole process. The technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and what was a stressful situation it was resolved quickly and efficiently

Green flag were clear what they needed us to do when we broke down beside a very busy dual carriageway at junction 27 M5. A breakdown recovery lorry was with us in 45 minutes and Dave Hurford (TLC garage) brought us home to Evesham. Very cheerful, helpful and pleasant chap. Thanks to all concerned.

I didn't know when choosing green flag that they dont have vans to attend breakdowns near york just recovery vehicles im totally stuck now cos my car won't start so I cant get it to a garage

Have only had to call them out once in a few years, but they were excellent then, kept me informed with drivers name and reg number of breakdown vehicle. Just renewed with additional coverage

It so easy to do it yourself online and obviously it’s much cheaper. When you receive by post your renewal letter it’s twice the amount WHY especially when you have been with them for years

Greenflag are a good company I had problems joining them but that was my probs not theirs I've kn always get goown them in the past and theyod reviews

I have been with the RAC for over 30 years, They failed to meet the service level agreements and have constantly put up their annual fees. I feel a change is warranted, I hope that I receive better service and customer care than I received from the previous breakdown service.

Green Flag increased the annual charge from £86.20 to £138.20 because I changed the vehicle (actually a more reliable vehicle) so I politely told them to stuff it.
