Ordered 3 sheets of acrylic "glass" and within 48 hours was fitting them into my cold frame. What more could you want?

Fast and efficent. ordered and recieved e-mail confirming order. Once order was picked up had e-mails confirming where parcel was and who was delivering ,name of driver and a time slot .Great very helpful.

Needed some anti-dust breather tape to repair my conservatory roof. Found this for a modest price at Greenhouse Warehouse and it was with me within a couple of days.

Delivery stated if ordered by 2pm your parcel would be delivered the next day.
Needed urgently so decided to place order, which was actually delivered a week later.
Sent various e-mails and telephoned but they kept saying it would be with me
that day. Greenhouse Warehouse had no idea where the parcel was and didn't
seem to care, and the boss was always on the phone when I rang.....how strange.
Customer care was rubbish, wouldn't ever deal with them again.

I ordered 2 acrylic sheets for my greenhouse after my husband put a stone through the glass with the strimmer. I was unsure what the acrylic would be like but it was great you wouldn't know it wasn't glass it fitted in easy. The service was good I would defiantly use this company again and would recommend them to a friend.

Bought poly carbonate set for 8ft x 6ft greenhouse. No issues with Greenhouse Warehouse. I ordered on line. Payment was easy and the goods delivered quickly. No issues that are negative. Products are as stated. Would recommend.

Surfed the net, found the greenhouse that appeared to be what I required, ordered it, received a confirmation, then received by post a delivery instruction pack with lots of tips and advice on what to expect and how to construct the green house.
Next came a text with a delivery date, all arrived as scheduled, greenhouse is now constructed, just have to fit the glass and job done.
Excellent product, if you are looking for a greenhouse then, you can't go wrong with GREENHOUSE WAREHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

well constructed greenhouse with aluminium frame and polycarbonate glazing. Fairly easy to put together and withing a few hours of receiving the package I had mine assembled and tomato plants installed. I am very pleased with it.

Well, I trusted these reviews here stating that delivery is super-fast, and everybody had fantastic service from Greenhouse Warehouse. I don't know what went wrong with my order. I didn't get such service from them.

I ordered my acrylic sheets on a Monday evening and I've received them 8 days later. The packaging was unacceptably bad too. Thank god acrylics are not that fragile.

I don't know where was the problem. Is it them or their courier?
As a result, an unhappy customer here.

The replacement greenhouse panels were delivered quickly and were exactly what we needed. Would definitely use again.

I needed to take out the glass from my greenhouse after 30 years remove all the moss and give it a good clean. I was dreading the job but the W clips I bought from Greenhouse warehouse have been fantastic. The old spring strip steel ones were a pain to get in and a pain to get out, bent in all the wrong places and usually ended up causing me physical injury!. 400 clips delivered on time and at half the price of B&Q have made the job almost pleasant!

I was pleased with the arrival of the swing chair but that turned to complete dissatisfaction when the awning came off in the wind. it is held on by plastic nut and thread and the thread which is fixed inside a metal tube crumbled and the awning fell off. I reported to customer sales who said that the awning should have been taken down . They said that they brought in the complete package from abroad and could not replace the plastic nuts and threads. I told them that as everything else was metal then the nuts and threads should be made of steel. Despite numerous Email correspondence they said that they could not help. What use is a customer service operation that could not help.

I found the greenhouse glazing I needed, already cut to the right size. Delivery was prompt, and when I needed to return something I over-ordered by mistake I had a prompt refund. Perfect.
