the acrylic sheet was good for the greenhouse repair after having the glass blown out by the storms!!

Finally bought a house with a garden and it has a greenhouse but it needs restoration and I am not a practical person! It needed lots of little bits and bobs like clips to put missing glass in, rollers for the door etc. All the big DIY stores just want to sell you a new greenhouse but Greenhouse Warehouse were really helpful over the phone, had everything i needed and offered to guide me over the phone when I do start the restoration project! I'm totally happy, really personal and professional service which I really need as I am far from my comfort zone!

I first used this company just before Christmas 2013. Despite the Christmas post, I received my order before Christmas. After the big gales I needed some new glazing for the greenhouse and this order arrived as quickly. I am thoroughly pleased with such old fashioned good service, not meaning that the products are not up to date but the service was much better than you sometimes receive in these modern times.

I would recommend to anyone that they will be very helpful in giving advice when asked

excellent service with no problems

Ordered two items which were delivered by separate delivery companies. One company left a card and I picked up the goods from the local sorting office. Item worked brilliantly straight out of box. Unfortunately the other courier company claimed to have left the goods and obtained my signature. Shame that I was twenty miles away when the goods were supposedly delivered! In fairness to Greenhouse Warehouse they have refunded my payment in full. Won't put me off using them again but I'll be more specific about leaving my delivery instructions.

I purchased some new nuts and bolts for my greenhouse. I ended up throwing half of them away due to the poor quality. A number of the nuts didn't even have a thread!

A very pleasant company to deal with, friendly service and always willing to please, I would recommend this company, and intend to use them again in the future.

I was helped by the firm to the size & type of the product ordered paid with credit card Arrived when I was told it would great stuff!!

I phoned them initially and they could have been a bit more flexible but I ordered on line and that all went swimmingly. Some of the sheets were 5mm narrower than spec but fortunately it didn't matter.

After struggling to close our greenhouse door for ages we found wheels at Greenhouse warehouse. Unfortunately they were too small but were replaced without a problem and now we have a smooth running door. Thanks

I ordered plastic greenhouse windows to replace broken glass ones, they arrived promptly, well packaged and were fine

The arches I bought were of a high standard and fitted together well. They are sturdy and robust and we're reasonably priced. The order was delivered on time and nothing was omitted.

This company has great customer service ordered on line four days later the goods was delivered it was only small parts no waiting I will recommend to my friends D Knight Dorset.

I searched the internet for replacemen greenhouse glass, this company had what I was looking for. I placed my order and a few days later the goods arrived, no problems just good service, would use them again and would recommend them to other people.

Goods arrived promptly, only downside was the person delivering didn't ring the bell so I didn't realise they had arrived until later in the day. Very easy to re-place our broken greenhouse panes with these acrylic ones, and managed to do most of them on my own.

Would recommend to anyone, top quality product, with excellent delivery.

I have an old greenhouse that I was moving and greenhouse warehouse had exactly the materials I needed and delivered them promptly and in good order. My old greenhouse now looks like new and I'm very chuffed.
