Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product quality to be poor, with non-stick coatings failing rapidly, pans chipping, and items staining or buckling after minimal use. People frequently reported that the products did not live up to their advertised claims, especially regarding durability and non-stick properties, despite following care instructions. Customers also expressed significant dissatisfaction with the customer service, describing it as unhelpful, dismissive, and unresponsive. They often received generic replies, were blamed for product issues, or found it difficult to get a resolution for warranty claims or faulty items. Some people were also dissatisfied with the pricing, feeling that the high cost did not align with the poor quality received.

One of the worst pans I have ever purchased. “Non-stick”? Are you kidding? The most difficult pan to clean I have ever owned. My old stainless steel pans are far superior. Going in the trash!

Everything sticks to this pan

Everything sticks to this pan, looks O.K but after only a few uses I cannot cope with it. Ruined food - fillet of fish, eggs, poached or fried stick like glue. Back to a cheap pan which doesn't stick. Waste of money wish I had looked at the reviews. I have tried cleaning as recommended but this makes no difference at all.

GreenPan is a scam!

GreenPan is a scam!! Beware. They're frying pans coating and non sticking siang even last 3 uses. The outer color stained and uncleanable. We handled the pan with kid gloves, used silicone utensils, stored them gently with protective products in between each pan, but the product is CRAP and they know it. 2 weeks in to the purchase I complained and sent pictures and they were assholes about it, not taking any responsibility, no offering a replacement or explanation just reiterating lies about their crappy products! Costco and Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this crooked company to sell their inferior products through their platforms. They are ripping off customers knowingly with deceptive marketing and lies.

Bought it based on what it said

Bought it based on what it said - non stick. Green cooking. Less than a month - everything sticks- eggs break apart, every food is grilled onto the pan...need a replacement already. Never used anything to scratch on it, I look after my pans, exchanged my old tefal that was over 5yrs old to this rubbish. Wouldn't even bother contacting support, by the sounds of it - they dont care. Waster of money if you ask me. Will do everything to tell everyone not to get GreenPan - awful.

If I had known of this company's…

If I had known of this company's appalling trustpilot score I would never have bought this excuse of a pan in the first place.

I've got a 2.5 year old greenpan pan with a clear manufacturing defect (the handle fell off !!!!) , I don't have the receipt any more (bought from JohnLewis) and they won't sort the problem out.

The product is clearly JUNK and they don't honour the warranty, and reply when it suits them.

I've got photo's but can't post them via trustpilot

Terrible to clean

Love the concept, purchased after extensive research and cost vs benefit analysis. Cleaning is terrible. Don't bother trying poached eggs, and only fry them with a decent amount of oil.

The only product the company can recommend to remove marks and baked on product releases micro plastics. The opposite of green.

The instruction to only cook in a low heat to avoid sticking doesn't actually work.

Annoyingly, we also gifted a set to family who have small kids. I cringe every time we visit them....

From a Faulty Product to Outstanding Service – Thank You Karen Lennox and The Cookware Company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I originally purchased the GreenPan x Stanley Tucci Carrara White 11-Piece Set from Fortnum & Mason for over £700. Unfortunately, the very first use of the large stockpot resulted in scratches to my induction hob, which was very upsetting. While the smaller pans performed perfectly, the stockpot incident was surprising and concerning.

I contacted Fortnum & Mason immediately, providing detailed photos of both the cookware and the damage. However, for several weeks, the matter remained unresolved, leaving me frustrated and unsure of how it would be handled. At that point, I had not contacted The Cookware Company directly, as they were the supplier rather than the retailer, but they became involved through the escalation process.

Karen Lennox, Sr. Director of Consumer Services US/EMEA at The Cookware Company, personally stepped in to manage the case. She acted quickly and decisively, offering a full refund and a replacement set from the same collection at no additional cost. The refund will allow me to replace my damaged stovetop, which was far beyond what I expected from a manufacturer.

I am confident this type of issue is extremely rare and probably has never happened before with The Cookware Company’s products. Yet, as with any brand or product in the real world, unexpected issues can arise—even with the highest quality items. What truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, The Cookware Company absolutely won my heart. Karen’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care transformed a stressful experience into one of the most positive customer service interactions I’ve ever had.

Interestingly, I could not find The Cookware Company on Trustpilot, but I am confident that GreenPan is one of the brands they manage. Given the exceptional way this issue was handled, they fully deserve recognition and praise for their customer service.

Their commitment to resolving the issue fairly, quickly, and with attention to detail showed real integrity. Beyond fixing the immediate problem, they restored my trust in the brand and proved that excellent after-purchase service is what separates a good company from a truly exceptional one.

I am grateful for the thoughtful follow-up, the generosity in offering both a refund and a replacement, and the clear dedication to customer satisfaction. The Cookware Company fully deserves this five-star review, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality cookware backed by outstanding service.

Not Even 2 Years

We were interested in Teflon non-stick alternatives. Ceramic sounded good. When I first started using my GreenPan frying pans I was delighted. They were the best I had ever had. But a little more than a year later food started sticking to isolated areas of the finish. I looked up restoration—and tried, but it didn't work. Not even two years' use! SO disappointed.

Awful customer service - faulty product

Awful customer service. Slow cooker delivered without its fan - doesn’t work. Customer service has been a week “escalating” the issue. Only resolution is to send it back at own expense. Horrible company. Avoid!!!!!

False advertising

Be honest with your advertising. Selling 10 piece sets of the same model (Padova) that don’t have the same core items - 2 saucepans - is a scam. And then refusing to replace the set with one that does include the second saucepan is a rort. Don’t go near them.

The frying pan I pExtremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Product & Worse Customer Serviceurchased from this…

The frying pan I purchased from this company was of shockingly poor quality. Within a short period of careful use, non stick surface totally gone. I’ve used similar products from other reputable brands for years without a single issue.

What made things worse was the attitude of the company’s associates. Instead of offering support or even listening, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and quick to blame the customer without any real investigation. No empathy, no accountability, and definitely no solution.

It’s frustrating when a company sells substandard products, but it’s unacceptable when they also refuse to stand by them. I will not be purchasing anything from this brand again and strongly urge others to think twice.

Save your money

I received a set of pans that I spent about $400 on. The smallest frying pan came with a scratch. It is about an eighth of an inch long that you cannot only see but feel. I immediately reached out to the company and they said oh no, there’s nothing wrong with it, bye-bye. Absolutely no help, so I’ve had to use the pan, and the scratch has just continued to grow. These pans are made poorly, and they also do not clean very well. If you cook with any kind of butter or grease, it turns the pan brown, and it is very difficult to clean off. Most of my pans are already stained, and I am a very clean person. I’ve tried both the dishwasher as well as scrubbing them with the little magic eraser that they sent with them. I also cannot leave a review on their website, which is highly suspect. Save your money.

Cannot withstand a single dishwasher wash. Potentially not as non toxic as claimed. Poor customer service.

First dishwasher session out of the box (without using) and horrified to see permanent stains and blemishes on the stainless steel rim around the ceramic.

When contacted customer care this is what they said'"Dear ,

which was completely useless. I emailed back asking for specific help with the blemishes and again helpful Morgan replied with
"Hi XXX (got my name wrong),
Thank you for your reply,

It's my first and probably last experience with this company. They also had damning reviews in the Guardian article titled " Toxic truth? The cookware craze redefining ‘ceramic’ and ‘nontoxic" published on 09 June 2025 regarding the veracity of the '100% non toxic claims'.. when tested by a 3rd party independent lab showed amounts of lead. I wish I had seen this article prior to my purchase.

Stay away from these pans!

When I first received these pans, I was so pleased. They are really pretty. After only a few months of use, I cannot get the exterior clean. I contacted the company and was assured that I could get the stains off with a few easy steps. Nope. The company asked for photos and responded that these are cosmetic flaws and will not do anything about them. Ugh! I also think it is no longer non stick! What a waste!
