Green Webpage Review
I strongly advise being careful before giving Green Webpage your credit card information. I had a VPS server with them that was suspended. However, instead of halting the billing alongside the suspension, they left the recurring subscription active and automatically charged me for another billing cycle for a server I couldn't even access.
When I reached out to customer support to get a refund for the unusable service and asked to completely remove my credit card details from their system, they made it incredibly difficult. They don't allow you to easily remove your own billing information from your client dashboard, and instead of just issuing the refund for the suspended service, support put me through a tedious verification loop.
If a hosting company suspends a server, the automated billing should be stopped immediately. Charging customers for dead servers and locking their payment methods in the system is a terrible business practice. Look elsewhere for VPS hosting.
