We had Karndean flooring fitted in our Kitchen, hallway and lounge, the service and the fitting was excellent.

I emailed Greg Stone to enquire about getting a cleaner kit for my new flooring and was told that they have it in stock, so we went over to the shop and when we got there they didn’t have it in stock. I said to the Man in the shop that we have driven over and it was a complete waste of our time, he wasn’t very polite and had attitude towards us. I don’t think much of their after care service and because of that I wouldn’t recommend them to family or friends.

Popped into Greg Stone Flooring to see if they had an off cut of Lino. The staff were so helpful and sorted us out very quickly with a piece at a great price. The quality is excellent and it has gone down perfectly in our downstairs loo. Not many places do off cuts so Greg Stone Flooring was a good find!

Just had an Invictus floor fitted, it looks amazing and Jason our fitter was an absolute star, he did an amazing job. (Just feed him tea lol).Would definitely use Greg Stone again.

Had our kitchen floor done in Karndean late 2024 by this company. The flooring itself is nice and a good job was done of it. However, the fitter had caused some damage to a kitchen unit and forgot to put two feet back on under our kitchen units and also caused our stone worktop to drop slightly by not adjusting the feet underneath when removing the old laminate flooring. The Manager came round to look and was supposed to contact me after Christmas to arrange for the fitter to come back, but never heard from them again. Won't use them again sadly which is a shame as I like to support local small business, but I don't think they acted well in relation to the damaged caused. Also they didn't let me know prior to the day what time the fitter was coming which I felt was poor customer service.
