A great way for a protein shake without the home prep and non powdery taste, a little on the expensive side and some flavors are better than others, but couple with the protein bar pack and it’s a match made in heaven. Also go great on cereal

Product is very tasty, this is my favorite , calories are a little higher than Quest & Kirkland Negative the bar is a bit messy to eat as it gets very sticky, we out it in the freezer and it helps with the sticky Ed’s, taste is excellent! Price is a bit steep of $29.99 for box of 12 Compared to Quest & Kirkland of $20
