Don’t know what people are seeing but I have had nothing but a positive experience. Pay outs for winnings are less than 30 mins. I’m up over the last 12 months. Excellent variety of games slots and live casino games. This would be my number one go to online casino.

Where should i start. I started by transfer 100 € to this side. After the money was on my account, i got another 100€ which weren‘t described anywherer. So i had a total of 200 € (100 bonus which i never agreed to).
I had to make 3500€ with the bonus so i can cash out. Before that, you couldn‘t even cash out (it was locked). So i made the 3500€ And wanted to pay out arround 2300 €. I send my drivers license and all the other documents -> no problem. After 2 days i received an email that i didn‘t follow the rules of the bonus ( which is not true, i‘ve done everything right). So , my 2300€ withdrawal was taken back and now I‘m left with the 100€ i transfered at the beginnig. The support was useless and didn‘t helped a bit. Now I‘ll call my lawyer on this case. DON‘T EVEN THINK ABOUT WASTING JUST 1 c FOR THIS SIDE!!!!

PILE OF CRAP.. 10 days later and i am still waiting for my cash out. Techinical issue on there side is all i am told. However if i deposit there seems to be no technical issue there. Get onto live chat and they seem to be on repeat as every single time i am told the same. If i was you i would consider playing your money else where

Worst casino ever. I play alot and this has got to be the worst so far. Deposited 300 over a few weeks, not had ONE bonus on any slot game payouts non existent. Every single game was the same total waste of money stear clear. William hill much much better

They should pay up promptly I had a major issue with JUMPAN GAMING I think it was resolver that made them pay up thankyou for that Resolver! as they paid me fast (but took them 3 months until I advised your goodselves) Another issue is with Griffon casino they are now beginning to make excuses this time the amount involved is £296 many messages I have made to them , getting now where very very frustrated as I think they may be taking the same route as JUMPMN GAMING! keeping my monies !

Terrible service back and forth conversation for over two weeks finally said my withdrawals of 61 and 34 were excepted after going three loads of i.d checks scammed me really because still haven’t received it after over two weeks don’t use this site especially if your from the u.k all I got after every message was a response saying why you using usd I read the site before hand and said it’s fine so no reason to question me on this matter just scammer and it’s not a lot of money but still 95 dollars and it’s the principle just don’t use this site I would give it less than one star worst thing got told Thursday night it had been excepted and still nothing in the bank proper scum bags.

I won £11,000 on this site it was paid in to my account the next day after withdrawal, I have won multiple times and had my withdrawals really quickly, In my experience it is an excellent site.

Serious concerns - for many years I used William Hill online , but they didnt have a couple of games I wanted to try. Joined here - I got a decent win, but 1 week later have not paid it out and keep getting fobbed off by online chat " its been escalated to a manager " etc. No phone number - no idea of when and If I will get the winnings. No bonuses used etc - just a straight win, on a verified account and they have refused so far to pay out. I will update.
