SCAM!!!!! Please don’t be fooled by this. This company are bulk buying from companies like shein/temu/ebay etc and reselling for £25!!???? You can buy the exact same product for a 10th of the price at £2 😂😂😂 it’s shameful. Great marketing though, it may work but don’t waste your money buying it from ‘Rhykin’. It’s a cheap ass piece of plastic.
System has some possible good options built into it but the problem is things don't work and then you will get attitude and opinions on how to run your business. which I think the person you would contact in has somewhat of a god complex its horrible.
My wife wanted to do in-home grooming so I built a site and got it ranking in our area. It wasn't long before our phone and email started to explode with new inquiries!

I run the phones and appointments on a daily basis and with the addition of a new groomer, the archaic method I was using was very cumbersome but worked. I also run my own web design business so juggling both started to become a challenge.

Now we have a very simple to use system that puts the onus of gathering client info back on the client in most cases. It's helping us stay in touch with our clients which in turn is helping us keep our calendar full! This software is worth far more than what they are asking but hey, I don't mind! :)
The support staff is awesome too! Very friendly and super fast at getting back to our issues and resolving them. With their insight and software they provide, I see them growing to become the authority in their industry! I highly recommend Groom Pro to any one in this industry!

I was lucky enough to be an early tester for this software.....and I am extremely impressed in all aspects. There isn't any area that hasn't been covered to help monetize every angle of the business. The system uses easy to follow ways to stay organized, keep up with financial data, detailed client info, and so much more. Eventually, I can see all groomers having this management system in place automatically because it's that efficient!
