Groomers are wonderful and they take such great care of my Bella!

The person was 1 and half hours late. His van wasn’t prepared. I wanted deluxe package. He says that he cut her name. He didn’t. He didn’t give her a bath! Nothing! I want a refund

Great Bella looked great and she was groomed well.

Overall it was a good experience! The person took their time, communicated well, and did a good job!

Very Uneven cut I had to trim extra hunks of hair. Really felt overcharged

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but Groomit has canceled on me more times than they’ve actually shown up. Cancellations are often last minute — sometimes just hours before — or they’ll change the appointment time after you’ve already booked and paid.

I gave them another try after a year and a half, and the groomer was a complete no-show. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and rude — even telling me “good luck finding another grooming service that meets your expectations.”

All I expected was for someone to show up as scheduled. Groomit is unreliable, unprofessional, and doesn’t respect customers’ time.

The groomer you sent, partially was amazing

The pet groomer, Payshance (sp?) is wonderful! The service is great, expensive, but worth it. Our fur baby likes her. Can’t beat it.

Emily is amazing with our dog Cody. He used to be scared to get groomed but now loves seeing Emily at our door. He loves all gentleness and kind treatment. She’s truly someone who cares for dogs and their feelings about getting groomed or cleaned.

Our dog is pretty afraid of the van but the groomers were great with him and returned him in perfect condition (and used our preferred shampoo)

Super convenient. They have a lot of groomers available so getting in a last minute appointment is pretty easy. However, it's very pricey compared to what I used to pay for a similar service in TN. Almost double. I do not know how manageable this will be budget-wise.

Otis looked good at the end of his groom, but he wasn’t himself for several days afterwards.

The groomer was gentle and caring. He had never been bathed by anyone but me and I was concerned about how he would handle it, he was happy so I’m happy. We will definitely be repeat customers.
