I got really lucky when Kimberly was assigned to my “Copper” by Groomit. This was Copper’s first grooming experience and I felt such a huge relief that it appears Copper was very comfortable with Kimb... See more

Don’t hesitate - book it!
The groomer arrived promptly, and communicated when she was on her way. It was the first time we’d had a professional groomer, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Our dog looks great, she did a wonderful job trimming our wiggly Australian Shepherd.
AWESOME JOB 😃❤️
Jenny has done an awesome job with grooming BENTLEY he looks so adorable and smells so good 😊. 5 stars. Only issue is price is a bit expensive.

Great job
It was very convenient. They were professional and kind to my dog Bella . She looked great .
Excellent grooming, professional and easy.
Same day service for my very elderly beagle who desperately needed a grooming but I didn’t want to drag him all the way to the groomers. They were so thorough and caring with Barney, even cleaning his big beagle ears!
She’s awesome
Great experience with my senior dog
Great experience with my senior dog
Use only if you don’t care about a schedule
I’ve used the service three times. Not once were they on time. By late I mean 4-5 hours. I have two dogs. One lady groomed one and had to come back a week later to do the other one! All while the app already charged my card.
At first I thought maybe it’s just one groomer with a bad day so I’ve used different groomers. Most were ok one was good. Nothing great. No one has been on time.
Today I had an 8 am appointment scheduled thinking that would fix the lateness issue. At 9:30 I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. Groomer not available. This after they confirmed via text at 8am.
This is not a cheap service. They charge an arm and a leg for the convenience, but their inability to show up on time makes them super unreliable and isn’t that the whole point of convenience? This could be a great business if they could get the easy things right: Show up on time and finish the job.
Groomit was Great!!!!
My entire experience with Groomit was excellent. The scheduling was easy. The groomer did a fantastic job and did exactly what I asked for.

Very nice groomer and good job done for…
Very nice groomer and good job done for our 2 pups.
The grooming was done in my appartement and I had to clean it thoroughly afterwords which was not that easy. Next time I will try to have it done in the mobile van.
No on Dry Baths
They came out and did a dry bath on a golden doodle & a siberian cat and a regular bath on a short haired lab.
I tried Groomit because my regular groomer was on vacation.
When my regular groomer started on the golden doodle they said they don't think groomit brush her out before doing the dry shampoo because she is all matted and now needs to be shaved!
They also did not clean her ears, tweeze the hair, and it could cause infection.
I didn't love the dry shampoo for the cat.
The short haired lab was good though.
Terrible experience with Groomit & groomer, Ocean Wavz
I had a terrible experience with Groomit and their groomer, who went by the name Ocean Wavz. I booked a grooming appointment with clear instructions for only half of my dog’s hair to be trimmed. When I brought her out to the grooming van before the appointment started, the groomer casually mentioned that her tail seemed a little matted but said he could work through it. He never mentioned needing to shave her and never got my consent for cutting more than the agreed trim.
What makes this worse is that I brushed my dog thoroughly just an hour before his arrival — and she has been professionally groomed monthly since she was a puppy. There was absolutely no way she was severely matted. Even if he encountered a tangle, it did not justify shaving her all the way down to the skin. The before and after pictures are shocking compared to how she normally looks after grooming. Angry doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings toward this company and especially Ocean Wavz.
Here is the most infuriating part — this groomer was literally parked in front of my home the entire time. If he truly felt something needed to be done beyond the agreed service, he could have easily knocked on my storm door, which was open the ENTIRE time, or simply called or messaged me through the app (even if there were issues with the app — he could’ve simply gotten up and come to the door).
It truly appears that he made a mistake and had to cut her to adjust for that - but even then her hair is not even. This was unacceptable, lazy, and irresponsible. I feel violated that this was done without my consent, and it absolutely infuriates me to now see my dog shivering because her hair is gone — all because of this poor, careless, irresponsible experience.
When I complained to Groomit, they initially refused to refund me and only offered a store credit (which I would never use after this). It wasn’t until I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge with my credit card company that they finally refunded my money.
This isn’t even my first bad experience with them — the initially scheduled groomer never even showed up and lied and said she did. I will never use them again and strongly urge other pet owners to stay far away if you value your pet’s well-being and expect honesty and professionalism.
Dana was proficient and kind and caring to my 2 senior dogs. Will definitely use her again.
Dana was proficient
Never again!!
Never again!!
It was awful The groomer was very very late
She cut my dog’s nails so short she was bleeding. My instructions to keep her beard and whiskers was ignored and they were cut off. Obviously she did NOT speak English. Never again!
