Well, they got me again! The first item was expensive and I never received it even after emailing the vendor several times and submitting inquiries on the Groopdealz website and their Instagram. I considered it a fluke with the vendor but here I am again and this time the vendor notified me that they canceled my order due to Groopdealz not paying them and now I cannot get Groopdealz to answer my requests for a refund.
Took the money and ran from the vendors they owed. Run away from this site!
I ordered two items. One super inexpensive item was received. The other much more expensive item i never received. I emailed joni@groopdealz multiple times and left multiple voice messages on their voicemail. I never received a response from them and never received the product. I was left no alternative but to contact my credit card company. Buyer beware. I wish i would have seen all the bad reviews before ordering from them. Who can even stay in business with one star?!
I ordered something from this company. The order #13007 was placed on 11-21-23 and it stated it would be shipped within 7-10 days. I haven’t received it and have received no updates from the company. When I look at the order status it just says “unfulfilled “.
I have sent them a message on “contact us” form on their site 3 times and have also sent an email to the one listed on their website. I have received no replies.
I tried to call several phone numbers that I found after doing searches and none are working phone numbers. I have ordered from them a few years ago with no issues but their website says they are under new management so I’m wondering if they are no longer a legitimate company.
