As always, the boys were polite and tidy. The job was completed in good time, there was no mess left and the work was of a high quality.

Grounds Co seem, to me, to be best known for their lawn cutting work, which for me has always been excellent. Until recently I did not know that they also do construction work - under the same name. The actual building work planned for me is not yet due to start, but I do think that it would be helpful if a second e mail address made it clear with which part of the business you are dealing e.g. by having the word "builders". incorporated into the current address

The workers led by Colin were hard working,professional and curtious,the work carried out has made me very happy and my garden will look great once complete.

I needed some garden steps renewed and a sleeper wall built to replace an old wall. The two guys from Groundsco worked hard and did a very good job. I thought they were a bit pricey but then what isn’t these days…all in all I am very happy with the finished job.

The GroundsCo team did an amazing job in revamping our carpark. The team were courteous, tidy and kept me in the loop at all times. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are well recommended

In response to your reply I would like to say I tried the direct approach and received no reply to my recorded delivery letter.
I am sorry to say that this company did not complete the job in my garden.
They were asked to:
Tidy the garden, Cut the grass and reinstate the edges, Cut the hedges, Weed removal and apply weed killer to the areas around the lawns/next to shed , Cut and remove the lower branches of the Korean pine beside the shed.
The lawn edgings were not reinstated, the grass was strimmed not cut,
The hedges were cut but very uneven not as per their web pics for other jobs.
Weeds strimmed and sprayed not removed.
Expected to return to complete the job.. left unfinished.
Could not find a way forward to get the issues resolved job remains undone very disappointed.
