Asked for an offer after they called me. On the online form there was a button "confirmation" to sned an offer request. I was on the line with the guy from Groupe Mutuel and implicitely asked if this button only for the offer, not an insurance conformation (he said it's only for the offer)... Instead of giving an offer, they sent a confirmation of the insurance with invoices. After I said I do not want they services, and canceled the insurance, never get a confirmation about the cancelation. I called, sent email, post, no answer. The guy I was in contact with promissed to send the confirmation, over the phone, but never did.
Never ever even want to hear about them in the future!

Terrible experience, Don’t fall in this scam Insurance company

I wish I could put 0 as the review, the customer service is arrogant, rude and not helpful.
Never get insurance with them. Specifically they are liar and selling you insurance with a lot of miss information. They were sending me bills and after I call them that I’m not receiving my bills for couple of months they charged me with all the reminders for their own mistake.
I really regret that I have to pay the salaries of this unqualified staff and service. Such a shame!

By the way, teach your employees to not tell to the customer , you are unhappy about our service because we didn’t give you the desired answer or what you were expected! So rude!

Absolute garbage. Horrible service. I asked to withdraw and missed the deadline by a single day. I made zero claims ever and their premiums are higher than others. I tried mutliple times to contact them but their phone lines are all in Italian, German, or French even though they promote themselves as having service in English. I would give them a zero if I could. Multiple emails went unanswered. Online portal was not possible to access for first few months and took ages to get any help from them. Absolute garbage. Steer clear and use any other company you can.

THEY SHUT BE SHUT DOWN ASAP !! I wish I could give a negative review. This company should be shut. Bunch of scammers ! You need to have a legal insurance if you sign a contract with them because they will not reimburse you a penny unless a legal notice is sent ! And if you cancel an ongoing contract with then, they will hound from different telephone numbers proposing themselves back through agents. Just a bunch of SCAMMERs and THIEVES !! STAY AWAY !

They wrongfully cancelled our sons health insurance as soon as he was diagnosed with a rare disease. Then we had to pay our bills out of pocket (they refused to pay) for visits in the hospital that had already taken place. Im so sad we signed up with this kind of insurance group, stay far away.

The worst insurance, they are scammers. I do not recommend this insurance to anyone. They don't even send payment receipts.

The worst insurance service in Switzerland. Thank God the scam of these scoundrels ends this year.
Stay away from this rip off. There are decent insurances in switzerland but this one is the exception.

On July 28 I called a doctor on behalf of my work colleague who has just come to Switzerland and doesn't speak German or English well yet. She had a sore throat, we believed from AC as we work in a hotel. The female doctor I talked to said my colleague has to make a COVID test. I said fine she will, but regardless which virus this could be, regardless if she's COVID positive or negative - she's feeling terrible and needs to go home, she needs a sick leave and some medication, she won't be able to call alone from home tomorrow as she doesn't speak languages. The doctor refused to provide any help, write any sick leave, she only wanted COVID test not caring about my friend's health state. I don't see anything wrong about a COVID test but this doctor was absolutely useless for us and refused to do the one most important thing she's there for. I was absolutely shocked and outraged. My insurance uses doctors from "Medgate" and it always works perfectly, doctors always try to help. The friend went home anyway and the next day she had more energy to see a doctor physically (which was the plan from the beginning) and turned out she had a bad throat inflammation, not any COVID.

Maybe the prices are not among the lowest for basic insurance, but i had a very good experience with the customer service which always called me back and was extremely nice and available.
