Shipping was atrocious.

Your pictures on your website are misleading. After being promised a return shipping label and full refund, growitDepot change their mind and only offered a partial refund. I told them that I already purchased it elsewhere after they already promised a full refund but they refused. Had to have my bank do a charge back and I got a full refund. Won't do business with these people again.

Delivery was on schedule and the guys were respectful and timly

My purchase was packaged very well. Bulbs arrived as anticipated in a timely manner. Theses bulbs have been difficult for me to find so I was glad to have found their website. Shipping cost was a bit high but well worth it in my opinion.

Sold counterfeit products. Item was missing logo. Came with different hardware that is incompatible with the item it attaches to, and the hardware doesn't even screw into itself.

They came through after the USPS could not locate my house. 🙄
After being alerted that the product was returned by the USPS, they sent another and had great customer service. Will definitely use them for other orders.

Was shipped a pallet of coco coir. Took a long time to get a sample block, and the block was sub par. Could have predicted there would be issues with the pallet. It was. Issuing eight blocks and the remaining blocks averaged 1.5 lbs less than advertised. They did offer to refund the .issing blocks. Now that I am using the coco day in and out, it is disappointing. Filled with sand, rocks, and foreign materials like plastic. Makes me wonder if it was even washed as advertised. Further it retains far more water than comparable cocos. I'll gladly pay a few more dollars per block for far superior products in the future.

Shipped 1, was charged for 2, took over 3 months for a refund. Very frustrating.

About five years ago I bought a MacCullock lawnmower since the name suggested it was made in the U.K. It turned out to be cheap Chinese junk for which the parts are no longer available. I took it to Growitand mowit but it was not possible to repair it. When I phoned them I was quite happy to collect it and drop it to the local tip. I was totally surprised when Grow it made me a very generous offer on a brand new replacement which included assembly, oil and fuel. The minute you walk in you know you are dealing with professionals who value their reputation.
