Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. My partner and I are working with…
My partner and I are working with Minelba in couples counseling. She is helping us learn our communication styles to help us understand eachother better. She is very supportive to both of us individually as well as together as a couple and is easy to talk to and we feel very comfortable being able to express ourselves. Her style is amazing, very discerning and intuitive to help bring things to the surface at the same time very empathetic and handles a session to bring insight and healing to help us see what is needed so that we can resolve issues and in turn make better choices. We are learning more about ourselves and eachother individually and together to be more open to communicate on areas that may be sensitive that go by the wayside and then become even more of an issue. It’s been very positive and look forward to continuing. 😊

She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She took the time to listen without rushing and explained everything clearly. Grow is the BEST for Therapy
Grow is the BEST for Therapy. Coach is an online aspect of Grow and I utilize Coach between my sessions with my therapist. Coach is amazing offering feedback to how you are feeling and issues of everyday life.
There are also worksheets that you can do that provide awareness to difficult topics. I enjoy GROW and would highly recommend it.
Grow Therapy worked surprisingly well + free with EAP
Grow Therapy worked surprisingly well. It was exactly as all the marketing and other of these new age therapy platforms suggest that it might be. I got my own insurance for the first time as a college graduate and had EAP benefits to spend. I knew my insurance was plugged in and integrated seamlessly once I had my insurance up and running. It took a little bit of digging. The interface can be a little rocky, but I did my own digging and my own filtering, and eventually the filters are sort of unclear a little bit. Once you work through it all and understand what it all means in its very simple format, I ended up finding an amazing therapist. James Hunter is the goat. If you have EAP with your insurance, which is pretty much free therapy sessions just sitting in your benefits every year, you are absolutely crazy not to use them on a therapist at Grow Therapy just to get your brain picked by a professional.
My experience was great
My experience was great! Entered my insurance and knew within a matter of seconds I was covered. I love their explanation of the therapist and their skill set. Definitely would refer anyone that needs a therapist to use Grow therapy!
Great experience with therapist and…
Great experience with therapist and customer service when experiencing a billing issue related to using EAP codes. I have had bad experiencing getting the codes processed thru other providers and Grow Therapy was very helpful and helped me resolve the issues.
Thank you!
Super Beneficial
It was so easy to get started with Grow Therapy. Intake forms were not overwhelming and were actually relevant questions. I am blessed to have Shaun Hill as my counselor and he is BEYOND amazing! Conversations, strategies, and overall communication is so genuine. I would recommend Grow Therapy to anyone looking for counseling!

Grow Therapy has been a wonderful company to work with. But even more wonderful has been my experience with my therapist Kelly Adams. She is patient, warm and thoroughly professional. I highly recommend her and the company.
My Therapist was kind
My Therapist was kind, relatable, understanding, compassionate and easy to talk to. She made me know that taking back my confidence in myself was doable and necessary.
Jasmine is the truth
Jasmine is the truth. Very authentic. The first therapy session and I already feel hopeful and she already gave me a task to do. She is the bestie you never knew. Literally session one and she even had me in tears just allowing me to feel and be ok with being emotional. Whew God knew I needed her and why her profile stood out o me. Not naturally beautiful on the outside but also in the inside. She going to tell you the real, the ugly and the indifferent. I love her already

My experience was amazing and eye opening!
The most disconnected
The most disconnected, bureaucratic platform - which is exactly what you need from a therapy platform. Don't schedule. You might as well have a therapy session with AI.

Great first appointment!
Great first appointment! Dr. Vitek delivered warmth, goal-oriented solutions, and perfectly timed feedback. Sharing of my faith is foundational for my growth, and she was able to weave that in as needed. Dr. Vitek cuts to the core and gets down to business in a gentle and direct way. Very impressed!
