poor and disappointing
Unfortunately, I have to write a very sad and bad review about the travel agency "GRÜDA". After five years I got my first vacation and I was really looking forward to this trip. However, just two weeks before departure, the trip was cancelled. It was pure nonsense and a big disappointment.
All year I waited for this moment, planned, dreamed, but my expectations were shattered. I never expected that something as important as a vacation could be so disappointing. Canceling a trip at such short notice without a good reason is simply inexcusable.
"GRŪDA" agency not only ruined my vacation, but also left me without any alternative or compensation. This was the first leave in five years and this behavior on the part of the agency is simply unacceptable.
I highly recommend anyone planning their travels through this agency to think twice and consider other options. My experience was extremely poor and disappointing.
