Everything available, polite staff

I managed to order the part needed , reserve it and collect it.
The part was on the shelf so no waiting at all.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Parking was easy too.

Can offer good price but often not available to click and collect and online delivery can fall to pending. Local depot not very helpful with anything ordered online and very long wait to speak to someone. Prices in-store are higher than online

I ordered some drop links online, after double check all details the system changed the delivery address with the billing address, the live chat works when it wants, called the office and luckily you can speak with a human instead of the automated service. The biggest issue I asked 3 times if the parts will be delivered on Tuesday and always confirmed that the following day I will get it, but nothing! Due a pothole one of the link has snapped so I can't move the car and the level of stress is high already, plus not having it delivered made me furious! Tried by email, tried by live chat, tried by calling but nothing! Just wait and waste your time. Next time I will by from Amazon even if ar more expensive but at least I will get in time.

What's not to like.

Easy to find items on the website, which are of a great quality and price, the option to pay in store is handy when your credit cards are not on your person at the time of ordering.

Absolutely terrible customer service at GSF Bessemer Road, Cardiff. The male receptionist is consistently rude, dismissive and arrogant. There is absolutely no basic courtesy or manners when speaking to customers, and his attitude makes you feel like you are an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

I have visited this branch more than once and unfortunately experienced the same attitude. Being busy or having a difficult day is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect.

Customer service starts at reception, and this branch seriously needs to address the way customers are spoken to. Very disappointing experience and, based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch.

I would strongly advise people to stay away from this company. My experience was absolutely terrible.

I drove around 15 miles from Broadstone to Bournemouth specifically to collect a product because their website showed that the item was in stock. I made the journey based on the information displayed on their website, only to arrive and be told that the product was not actually available.

What made the situation even worse was that, without me choosing or agreeing to another collection date, they simply moved the collection to Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste their time and fuel because of inaccurate stock information and poor organisation.

The staff were also extremely unhelpful and, based on my experience, seemed to have very little understanding of what they were doing. There was no proper explanation, no meaningful solution, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused to me.

I wasted my time, fuel and an unnecessary journey because of this company’s poor communication and unreliable stock information.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. Stay away unless you want to risk wasting your time, money and energy.

Easy and friendly

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE ORDERING ONLINE. After 2 months I have gotten my money back for a purchase I made online from GSF Car Parts but the money was refunded by my bank NOT this online scammer. I tried contacting this scammer by email, phone and through web chat.By phone I would be put in a queue and would move up to number 1. Then I would be moved backed again and never moved forward. They don't reply to emails and they don't reply on the web chat they provide on their website. They also don't reply on Facebook messenger. I finally turned it over to my bank but they were never able to get anyone to respond to them either so after 2 months the issue is resolved. My next step is to file a complaint with the Trading Standards.

I ordered some brake pads, I received an email saying they are ready to collect. I went to the store, they didn’t have any. I had to go to another store.
I ordered a handbrake cable, it didn’t arrive with another item I ordered. Contacted them after waiting half an hour on the phone, it’ll be supplied direct from their supplier, that’s another week I have to wait. Now I have to pay another £50 for an MOT. Not happy

We bought the car new in 2015. It is an Astra J 1.4 petrol with the A14XEL engine, now with only 17000miles on the clock. It had started to misfire. The problem was the originally fitted Delphi ignition coil pack. Its 4 connections to the 4 sparking plugs comprising 8 electrical connections were in varying stages of corrosion. This was the cause of the misfiring.
Naturally I purchased your Delphi option as a replacement.
The GSF service was strait forward after being given the wrong item.
The reason for only 4 stars is that I expect the same corrosion to happen to the new unit. To me to have to discard the whole item because of corrosion is a waste of resources and money. The product should more robust to corrosion.
I will be complaining to Delphi.

The Bolton store staff are great and the prices are very affordable compared to euro car parts which i dont go to anymore. I can see gsf car parts beating euro car parts very soon due to their affordable prices and great service.
