Fast, efficient and economical. I recommend to all.

It took about twice as long as they suggested to receive the unlock code. However, once in hand, it worked perfectly. They provided thorough and understandable instructions. An excellent service at a great price.

I would not hesitate to use GSM liberty again. Customer service was friendly and I received the unlock code within an hour. I had no problems unlocking my phone. The email they sent gave me all kinds of information for troubleshooting and support if needed. I watched a you tube video and had the phone unlocked within minutes!!

This is the 4th time I have used this company every time they have come through. Before I used there service I got scammed by another service I went to because of there very low prices. Never again. This company might not be the cheapest but they are there with support and they certainly come through with the codes you pay for

Wanted to unlock my Galaxy S4 but ATT wouldn't help, so I looked around on Google and found GSMliberty. I was pretty hesitant as they gave me a price of $30 to unlock my phone, but I figured it was cheaper than buying an out-of-contract phone, so I went with it. Was quoted 6-8 hours for the code to be delivered, but it didn't show up till more like 30 hours. However, there is a 6-hour time difference between Germany and the US, so it's understandable. Overall, good customer service (though very generic answers with poor spelling and grammar - I'm assuming CS was outsourced) and the code worked, so I can't complain too much. Thanks, GSMliberty.

They are true to their word! I'm a very happy man!. The only thing I could say is that if they could 'dumb down' their explanations as the less techies might struggle. Having said that, what a brilliant customer service, easy and straight forward. Definitely recommend again!

finally, after a long time struggling with their customer service (don't be suprised if the guy on live chat tells you 100 times he is just a junior guy), unlocking a galaxy SIII finally worked, after numerous emails sent with the technical support

I ordered the unlock code, waited for a few days, got the code, and successfully and easily unlock my t-mobile galaxy s3. Though it took a few days, which should have been hours, but I was satisfied with the result. Recommended!

ASked for the unlocked code on a friday nigth, received 12 hours later with nice instructions.

I bought an unlock code for my iPhone 4S and it took a while to unlock via GSMliberty but when I complained, the support man Jason handled it so well and I eventually got my unlock. I am really satisfied due to deligent service from Jason.

I checked out many unlock code sites. This one was the only one I found that offers online chat, a telephone number and a 100% safety rating (Check out scamadvisor.com for any questionable websites). I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I filled out the information online at Gsmliberty.net this morning and received my unlock code only 4 hours later. The instructions were easy to follow and my phone was unlocked in just a few minutes. I have another phone I need to unlock. I will definitely use this service again and recommend GSMliberty to anyone who needs their phone unlocked. I am very happy with the service.

Everything happened as planned. The initial time that was shown during sign up for the unlocking process was 1 to 5 days. It took 5 days to get the code. So it was within the promised timeframe. I have no complain. Thanks GSMliberty.

That's the second time that i bought gsmliberty unlock services.
The first one, few years ago, i needed to unlocked a samsung SII. I got the code, but unfortunately my credit card was cloned. Ok.
Now, i need the service again, to my iphone. I didn't used credit card again, of course! I choosed to pay with paypal to be secured.
The service started with one price, then, they asked me money two more times, to get my phone unlocked. I paid.
My phone is still exactly the same way he was before. Nothing has changed.
But GSMLiberty keep saying that the service is done!
I have tried 2 differents brazilian SIM, instead of mine and it doesn't work too.
I have tried the original SIM (the one that came with the phone from att&t ) and this one workS PERFECTLY!
So, i did one more try, just to be sure that my phone and my SIM are not damaged: i tried to use my brazilian SIM in another phone, and yes, it works in another phone!

GSMLiberty don't unlocked my phone, but keep saying that they did. I can prove everything that i'm saying. But they don't say anything that make sense! They only say: Your phone is unlocked.

Hey GSMLiberty, can you explain why only brazilian SIM doesn't work on the phone and the original sim is working perfectly fine?
I can: Because is LOCKED!
