I was able to source an item which worked out perfectly after trying many other companies. The admin team were very helpful during an unforeseen problem with delivery and this was dealt with promptly and courteously.

Shocking service . Ordered a work tracksuit with express delivery and 9 days later nothing , I emailed and they said the order won’t be fulfilled because no payment was received . I sent proof of it coming out of my bank and they said no statement was in the e mail , which I could clearly see . Resent it and now they won’t reply to me .
Scammers !

7 to 10 days to dispatch the order then a few days postage!
12 days on average to get your items. avoid avoid avoid .order from Temu like they do #Dropship !

Really impressed with the customer service. We ordered a large number of T‑shirts in various sizes and a couple of them came up more generous than expected. We still wanted the shirts in a different size and didn’t want to pay return postage for an exchange. The customer service team were quick to respond over email, arranged free returns, and let us repurchase the correct sizes without paying shipping again. Excellent service, and we will continue ordering our workwear from this company.

Great experience! I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived by Friday. Everything was delivered on time, and the customer service team was very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommended

So far so goodish. Arrived in a fair amount of time. Nice quality, however sizing off. Size medium T-shirt more on the large side and size medium hoodie too small.
Returning for exchange has been quick and easy to return.

Took forever to arrive and then when I returned it to exchange the size, I was informed it would take 2-3 days to check the item before issuing a replacement! Waited a total of 15 days from initial order and the replacement never arrived.

Worst company ever.
•They sent me some shirts that were way too small, to be the correct size.
•For the first few days you could only check your order by downloading a sketchy app and making an account.

•The shirts were thin and poor quality.
•When I wanted to exchange them, that wasn’t an option, suddenly it was a clearance item.
•You have to pay them to send them back or if you choose your own courier, you still have to print a return slip, in order to send it back.
•It’s such an inconvenient sketchy company.

Very terrible experience. Should be 0 stars. Please avoid.

I placed my order on the 7th of Jan and recieved it on the 16th Jan. They had forgotten about my order and I have only recieved it because I chased it up. I ordered warm outdoor clothing for my husband he needed them urgently he works in the cold. I got a refund for some items as they were damaged so they didnt send me my whole order .AVOID

I was somewhat concerned when I read the reviews after placing an order, but all was good. I placed the order on Monday and received a dispatch email on the Friday (with tracking info) and the order subsequently arrived on the following Monday. I ordered a couple of different styles of t shirt for my son for PE and they are very nice quality at a great price. Time will tell how they wash or if they fade in the sun but I suspect they will be better than the official school uniform.

Made my order on Monday (05/01) last week. Didn’t get processed for shipping until late Thursday afternoon. Because of the weekend this then delayed the parcel delivery until the following Monday (12/01) evening. In an age of same day and next day delivery I’m a bit disappointed with a weeks delivery for a couple of cheap fleeces. Good prices but shipping and processing is very slow, especially when you pay nearly £5 for 48hr delivery.

Very good communication from customer service considering it was over xmas and new year period. More than helpful resolving a small issue with an order placed and would definitely use them again.

Ordered a work jacket on 19/12/25, its now 05/01/26 and still hasn’t arrived. Disappointed with the after service, not once have they kept me informed with my order, they have only replied to the emails i have sent them with excuse after excuse. They are clearly advertising and taking money for products they dont have, and making false promises on delivery dates. I have requested a full refund, and will never order from this company again.

A couple of previous negative reviews made me slightly apprehensive before placing an order, but I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the service that I received. I ordered on the Saturday before Christmas at a very busy time for mail orders and when you expect companies to shut down for the break, so I didn't really expect delivery until the new year. My order was actually delivered in good condition straight after boxing day, so no complaints here.

Fantastic overall service. Ordered a pair of work trousers at 3pm (ish) online and then they arrived the next morning - in the week before Xmas too. Perfect service all round.

Was a bit worried seeing reviews on here but my experience was excellent. Great price and items delivered as and when described.

I’ve ordered from this company for a few years and they’ve always supplied high quality and great pricing items recently had a package arrive with items missing from Royal Mail damaging my package after 2 emails and some great communication they’ve already sent my replacement items out couldn’t ask for better service!!
