Really great service from the team at GuardSys. The person that took my initial call was super helpful and fast and called me back when she said she would. The engineer arrived on site two days later and the problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Extremely efficient and helpful service. Highly recommended.

I was askes to provide pictures of the gates which I did.
However the operative turned up unbriefed without any of the necessary spare parts.
It would have been more straight forward to say we need to come to do an assessment visit.

I had an excellent experience with our alarm engineer at our Cafe Velo. He was efficient, arrived on the spot, understood the issue immediately, and fixed everything with confidence. Professional, reliable and fast. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a job done properly.

I heard the intercom go, and so went along and responded. However, I thought I would pop down and speak with them, but they appear to have already left.
Later we received a report that said “ Tested with the resident and all ok”.
For the price, I would expect the technician to actually speak to the resident.

Guardsys' Engineer's visit was very satisfactory. He found that the fault signalled was to do with a previous power cut, and re-set the system. The engineer was on time, and was courteous and friendly. I had full as I observed him at work.

I was only sorry that this repair could not be fixed online and without an expensive house-call, as in fact the signalled fault was not prevent the system from working. But we will continue to use Guardsys to look after and service our system whiich Guardsys had previously updated and renovated for us.

We had our door entry system updated in our flats to replace the old one which we never had any issues with. We find that the system this company fitted is unreliable and not up to day to day usage. We had it installed under two years ago and have had four call outs from different blocks. These call out fees are over £250 so at the time of writing, this system has fallen far short of our expectations.

On day of maintenance visit our gas meter stopped operating and needed to be replaced. This essential repair was carried out at the same time as your engineer was on the premises working alongside. Patience and understanding was required and supplied. Thank you.

Responded to a difficult situation speedily. Their service was highly effective, courteous and skilful.

I was dealt with professionally by the office when I contacted them and their surveyor came out promptly. He was very well informed and helpful and when I agreed for the job to be done it was scheduled very fast and the same surveyor came and installed everything. He was quick, efficient and made sure i was 100% OK before he left. I would defiitely use Guard again.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Dara was really helpful on the phone. Very personal service. She kept in contact by email to answer questions. The team looked at sketches and photos before giving us a quote for labour and materials. The booking was made efficiently and the date and time booked in to a 1 hour slot, was kept too.30 minutes before arrival the exact time of arrival was texted through. The engineer was a really genuine man, friendly and helpful and efficient. He did the work that they were booked to do in a timely manner. The overall price was fair.

Very helpful and replaced the handset but didn't resolve the issue with the microphone on the main unit which only affects the one flat so didn't completely solve the problem
