I had purchased a wallet on chain years ago and every time I wore the bag it would open and all my stuff would fall out, I went in and complained and they gave me a store credit so I purchased a different bag and the strap comes apart and the bag falls off me, I complained and they said I need to pay $470 to fix the strap and I refused and wanted a better solution and now they’re not responding to any of my emails.

One star is far too high for Gucci ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my sons gf, received an email to say shoes had been delivered however these were not delivered to my house. Contacted DHL who advised Gucci should be contacted after contacting Gucci they advised that they would look into the issue and despite sending in photos of our property and the property the shoes were delivered which you can clearly see are different, Was also asked to fill in a form confirming we had not received the parcel and could face legal action or prosecution. We then had a visit from a DHL driver to say what happened to the parcel that I delivered her last week. My son said we didn’t get a parcel to which the driver responded “I don’t really care tbh” not sure how Gucci decided the 2 separate doorways are the same however will be taking this further and will never purchase another product from Gucci. The driver may have been in our road which has 66 properties but someone else has got my shoes and Gucci are beyond useless and have failed to find out where the shoes are and I’m not the only person to say this not sure what is going on with Gucci but a pattern of non delivered items is worrying bearing in mind it is an very expensive designer brand and all customer services say is that are at your disposal! Never received such an appalling level of customer service!!!!

Purchased a chain and bracelet for myself and my partner in Milan. Staff were attentive and the service was fast. Being from the UK, we were able to claim tax back. Since the purchase my partner has had some issues with his bracelet, however, Gucci have offered to collect and either repair or replace the item.

Received my parcel and there were no earrings inside and the box had been damaged. They went to the investigations process (via photos) and told me the parcel was fine when it left the warehouse. Obviously th the damage happened during transit and they want me to pay for an empty box. Needless to say I will be taking this to the newspapers, Postal Ombudsman and trading standards! They basically accused me of lying! DISGUSTING

The whole experience from start to finish was awful. I received a bag from my husband (never used or worn) and wanted to exchange the product. I was told that because it was 2 days past their 30 day returns policy they wouldn’t do an exchange. DISGRACEFUL when a supposedly reputable company doesn’t stand behind their product. With all the other designers out there, do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Visited the Gucci store in Rome, for the first time in order to get my first ever Gucci bag. Unfortunately the way me and my partner were treated in the store put me off the brand completely! The staff was all over the customers that already wore designer brands, but those who went there for the first time, they were sooo rude and unhelpul! First and the last visit to any Gucci store if you treat customers and judge customers by what they wear. The staff think they own the place, calm yourselves down, who do you think you are?! Went to Prada opposite and got much better experience there, and now a proud owner of a Prada bag that goes nicely with my Prada loafers. So shame on you, Gucci, you lost a customer due to your shallow judgement.

I have purchased items from Gucci for years and have never had to return anything until now. After this experience I will never order from Gucci again. They did everything in their power to make it difficult for me to return my product, despite having the receipt and email confirmations. I really do believe this is a tactic to make people give up trying to return items.
