Poor Communication and Unjustified Cancellation – Order GB5178461101

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company regarding order GB5178461101. The order was canceled without any prior notification or justification. After I contacted them, they asked for additional payment for a new order, despite the original one being canceled. The payment was successfully processed on my end, but the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I’m now left in a frustrating situation with no clear resolution. I do not recommend this company based on my experience

I purchased a handbag that was too…

I purchased a handbag that was too small for my iPhone. I returned the bag via mail only to received a damaged bag from Gucci. After complaining they said I could return the bag. So I returned the bag and a card wallet. I received a call from Gucci after 2 weeks or more of receiving the return only to inform me I can exchange the damaged bag they mailed me but had to keep the $400 card wallet because of policy. I m sure it’s not policy to ship used damaged bags but they did it. This was in April. I have called Gucci many times with no resolution. I emailed them yesterday on my to receive a message telling me I purchased the card wallet in April and it’s now July so they can’t return the wallet. I have tried returning it since April!! It is July and I have no bag to show for my purchase and they still have my $1500. I think their policies need to be reviewed and revised. I’m so saddened by this. I was in the Louis Vuitton Store before deciding to head to Gucci and purchase from them instead. I wish I had stayed at Louis. They would have never treated me this way.

I bought a large GG Marmont bag black…

I bought a large GG Marmont bag black on black. Within the first six months the Gucci buckle was chipped as was the chain. They took it and sent it back no charge and said it could take up to 6 months. Received it back in about 2. A few months later and it is all chipped again. My friend tried to send hers back and they wanted to charge her. I take very good care of my bags and when you buy high quality products and spend the money, you would expect them to hold up. They should be able to stand by their product. Huge disappointment.

Rude and disinterested customer service over the phone at Edinburgh Gucci store

I recently called the Gucci store at Multrees Walk in Edinburgh for some advice and the customer service couldn’t have been more unhelpful or rude. I asked one question regarding advice around authenticity, there wasn’t an alternative offered or advice regarding where this could be done just “we don’t offer that” and then silence on the phone. I had to follow up and query if it was possible to do this elsewhere they said “you can look online” of course I’ve already done this but was just double checking if possible to do at the store. The employee couldn’t have sounded less interested in being helpful. I couldn’t even hide my surprise at how rude this person was.

Never purchase anything GUCCI again !!

I will never buy anything again with the brand GUCCI.
I bought a pair of expensive Gucci sunglasses, but after a short while I noticed a white mark on one of the lenses, which I couldn’t clean off. A short while after that, a similar mark appeared on the other lens, which again, I couldn’t clean off. I thought at first I may have scratched them, but thought it strange it was the same mark, in the same place, on both lenses.
Then I realised it was a fault in the design of the glasses. When the glasses were folded, the end of each arm was closing actually onto the lens, causing these scratch marks. I contacted Gucci who told me to take them back to my nearest store, which was over 100 miles away, so they told me to take pictures of the glasses and email them over to Gucci. They emailed back basically saying there was nothing they could do, they weren’t at fault ! I couldn’t believe it ! It was clearly a fault on the design, but they insisted they weren’t at fault and that basically the marks were down to me. Several emails back and forth, they came back each time saying the same thing. They weren’t responsible ! What sort of customer service is that !! I have purchased goods from several top brands and never received such disgusting after sales service. I wish I had checked out Gucci on Trustpilot before I made the purchase, as there are a lot of bad reviews for Gucci Customer Service.
So not only will I never shop with Gucci again, but I will be telling all my family and friends of my experience.

Do not order from Gucci online

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent online order for women's Gucci sneakers. I placed an order for a pair of sneakers and upon receiving them, I tried on one shoe. Finding it too tight, I undid the laces on that right shoe. I immediately decided the sneakers were not the right fit for me and proceeded to repack them in the original box.

I ensured that all original packaging was included: the packing paper, the original tag still attached to the shoes, the extra laces, and all other accompanying materials were placed back in the box. The only thing I did not do was re-lace the right shoe that I had briefly tried on.

To my dismay, my return request was denied, and the shoes were shipped back to me. The reason provided for the denial was that Gucci determined the shoes had been worn. This assertion is unequivocally false. The only interaction the shoes had with my feet was a brief try-on in my home.

While I understand the importance of returning items in their original condition, it is inaccurate to claim the shoes were worn. At the very least, a more accurate reason for denying the return would have been that the laces on one shoe were untied. To state that the shoes were worn is a blatant misrepresentation of the situation.

This has been a profoundly disappointing online shopping experience.

Be warned – do not trust them!

I am writing regarding my recent order…

I am writing regarding my recent order (PL1012411), for which I unfortunately received an incorrect item. I ordered a specific handbag, but I received a completely different model — not only does it not match what I ordered, but it is also listed at a lower price on your website. I did not use the item. I only opened the package to confirm the mistake, then promptly repacked it with all original contents and returned it within few days, in full compliance with your return policy.
I have now been informed that my return has been rejected on the grounds that the item was “not in its original condition.” This is extremely surprising and disappointing, especially since the error was not mine to begin with.
Now I have received a message from DHL that a bag will be sent to me. Please let me know if it is the same bad one as last time or if it is good. I have not received a reply to the email I received 2 days ago. I am very disappointed with the experience with Gocci's service. I filled out the return correctly, talked to Chat, filled out the survey, received no response. This is a scandal.

Salvatore Migliaccio served us. He is always excellent - amazing customer service, full of knowledge and overall it is a real pleasure coming to see him.

I couldn’t recommend Salvatore more if you want incredible customer service!!

A very disappointing experience(

A very disappointing experience. I bought branded shoes with the expectation of quality, and as a result, cracks in the leather after a few wears. How to return? Formalities, checks, “experts” who write off everything as “scratches”. After that, I realized that there is simply no after-sales service here. In stores of cheaper brands, there is even more respect for the client.

Not after sales service at all

Gucci Chadstone- I’m sad to say my experience of Gucci’s absence of after sales service is almost unanimously reflected in other reviews.
I treated myself to 2 pairs of Gucci trainers after I recently lost my sister unexpectedly. Less than 10 wears/3 months later there is cracking on the leather. I was advised by the manager that I needed to leave my trainers there for their expert to inspect and they will get back to me in a few days. They tried to pass the cracks off as a scuff which I absolutely know isn’t the case. If I had bought a lesser brand pair of trainers in Myer they would probably have done the right thing and exchanged as not fit for purpose. I didn’t hold out much hope of an acceptable resolution (ie swap for same) before reading the reviews, now hold out no hope.
What an absolute joke to call it after sales service. And the manager kept apologising incessantly to the point of irritation and I had to ask her to please stop. It added insult to injury but she clearly knew Gucci would not provide any after sales service to resolve the issue for me.
I absolutely will not be shopping at Gucci again.

Poor Service at King of Prussia

I purchased the black Crystal GH Monogram tote. It started to show wear immediately! I went yo the Gucci store in King of Prussia. One of the employees told me that I bought a cheap Gucci, would need to speak to a manager but couldn’t speak to her then because she was on lunch. I left a message for her to call me. She never did! When I went back and was able to speak to the manager, she said I waited too long.

She said she had a similar bag and she barely used it because of its poor wear and tear.

Worn Watch for 9 Days!!!!

She has worn it for 9 days all the gold from round the edge of the watch face has started peeling off.

I bought Gucci loafers from different…

I bought Gucci loafers from different store and after a few wears they cracked. I contacted Gucci, who offered me to return them and choose alternative product for the price I paid for the loafers. I bought them with 50% off and now for me to get alternative item is impossible as they said I must pay the difference. So, you didn’t resolve my issue. Opposite I must spend more though I should not because it was a fault with a shoe from your side. I am really disappointed with the solution and do not have spare money to pay the difference.
