Disgraceful service. I ordered an item from them and my item was lost/stolen by the awful carrier they partner with (DHL). Gucci customer service was unhelpful and refused to send me out a replacement. I eventually had to get a chargeback from my bank in order to get my money back.

I am so disappointed with Gucci. I have purchased several products from them, my purse that was recently purchased for Mother’s Day started falling apart. I contacted Gucci and was told to send in photos of the defect. I did, but was never contacted back, I reached out only to find out that they never received my photos. I sent photos again and still no one reached out. I contacted on the phone and now they are telling me I am outside of my warranty - $1300 gone down the drain and they don’t care. initially I was told that this process would take weeks; Hence the reason I allow weeks to pass before contacting them. Oh well I guess I have to go with Louis Vuitton from this point on and return the belt I just purchased.
Lost a valuable customer
If I could give a 0 I would.i ordered 2610.00 on a Thursday told Kathy I needed it by tomorrow Friday ( which I’ve ordered before and received the package next day Fed X 10-12 pm) now they use UPS and if I knew that I would of denied the order , but that’s wasn’t the issue. If you order by 4 pm you get it the next day , now because of who knows what happened I didn’t get it next day and noticed a email wen I called back of course I got a run around , and now it’s 4 days later and still no package !! I was a great customer and will never ordered again , this order will be returned! Louis Vuitton or Christian Dior don’t do business this way . Should have ordered from them. Gucci has lost its valuable reputation and a valuable customer.

I purchased my women's Gucci Gold GG Belt 2 years ago and maybe wore in 10 times max. When I recently purchased the Crystal Belt I took the gold belt in for service as the Gold has started to oxidize. The Store employees were wonderful, but Customer Service would not repair the belt unless I paid $135.00. After spending almost $800.00 on the belt, I was shocked they did not stand behind the product. I will never buy any Gucci again and when I get compliments on the belt I will pass on this information.

Nothing arrived on Dec 11, and zero communication from Gucci. Called and they said we dont know when it will arrive and we dont know if you will have it by Christmas. Called Gucci corporate and asked for a manager. Was told someone would call me in 72 hours. Pathetic!

I bought a pair of sandals from gucci $856 not included tax which has been only more than a year !I didn’t wear them much . But the leather was stain badly even the bottom was the same . I bought a lots of shoes and sandals from other company. I wear them even more than and bought 1-2 years before .they was still in good condition and everything was great . I took them to the store where I bought and ask for repair. It took about 3-4 weeks response back that they can replace the leather with the cost $126 and bottom $235 .if I bought the regular sandals I think it won’t be stain or damage from wear and tear like that within a year .so why I bought gucci cost a lot and last for 1 year ? Asked for repair and thought it should cover but have to for it ??That was so disappointed..bad service.scam us . You should think before you buy them .I won’t buy anything from them .

Terrible returns procedure
Terrible returns procedure. Following the instructions in the Gucci website, I booked a pick up with a 2 hour slot and the courier did not arrive. I called the number and rebooked a 4 hour slot the following day. The courier did not arrive and I needed to call again. These calls cost me over £20. When I contacted Gucci to inform them of the poor returns experience, they could not have cared less. Buyer beware, Gucci’s return option is poor and if you try to track your courier down you will be landed with a VERY expensive return. Try buying from someone else.

I have had Gucci watches for around 30 years and the maintenance service was always professional. However, I was gifted a silver Gucci bracelet on Mother’s Day. This is the worst jewellery item I have had. My daughter paid £450 for it and I would advise against purchasing this item. The metal constantly turns dark grey even after professional cleaning. Very disappointing. I returned the item twice and still no solution. Gucci were not willing to rectify this but offered that I pay for their cleaning. Honestly I wouldn’t buy another Gucci items as this has left a bad taste. Gucci standards have dropped significantly.
Zero stars- BUYER BEWARE!!!
This is my first purchase of a Gucci bag that cost over 4,000. Cdn. I bought it online and discovered a manufacturing defect with the antique gold hardware. It was nicked and turning silver. Customer service was horrible. Emails I sent were ignored and more than one representative that I spoke to was extremely rude. They sent me a return label, but the entire process has been frustrating and very time consuming. Buyer Beware.
Update: Despite sending me a return label and telling me verbally and in writing that I would receive a refund (this was after they initially ignored numerous emails I sent asking what would happen after I sent the bag back), they advised yesterday that they’re sending the bag back to me because their is nothing wrong with it! Again, this occurred after I sent pictures of the bag, a return label, and after I was told I would be refunded!!! On that basis, I bought another bag to replace it, which I would never have done if I thought there was any prospect of not receiving a refund. I will pursue a claim with Mastercard and have reported the matter to the BBB and the Consumer Bureau of Canada. Gucci should be ashamed of their unfair business practices.

I went on vacation to Italy in August bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses paid almost $400 got home wore them twice. The star fell off the side. Call Gucci they told me that they could not fix my sunglasses because they don’t manufacturer them anymore. I bought them in Italy and they were a new style that just came out. All they could do is say I’m sorry.

Always excellent service . I now shop online with Gucci as sadly no boutique local. I’ve always received orders promptly and well packaged , on one occasion a gift box arrived damaged but customer service sent a new one out without issues. Excellent quality bags etc my only suggestion to improve would the amount of money spent it would be lovely to see a free sample or little gift such as a keyring given from time to time.

Bought 2 pairs of sock for 170€ each ! After wearing one time, and wash hand, a hole appeared underneath. Not sure how that's even possible or what did I do ..
Returned the socks thinking they would fix it or change easily for such a simple article, NO ! they sent it to their craft men analyse, who said the hole came from usage..
i tried to bring that matter to a higher level, they didnt do anything. i buy A LOT at every designer, I have a very large budget for clothes every month, when little things like that happen they would fix or change at LV or YSL, etc.. I had expected the same from GUCCI.
All this was by principle in reality I don't care much for 170€. I find their answers insulting! I will NEVER BUY AGAIN at Gucci. I didnt even want to collect back the socks ! That brand don't offer quality at all, especially in the customer service ! very disapointting !
