I recently purchased the TD631 LRF…

I recently purchased the TD631 LRF thermal viewer with built-in rangefinder.
This review is not about the quality of the imaging and capability of the unit it is good and fine with this unit however.
The unit is not designed to be carried in the hand very easily at all. It has no built in Palm strap and is awkward to remove from pocket and hold Firmly without grappling with it. The unit does not fit in the pocket very well and the viewing eyepiece are poorly designed and continue to fall off, I have lost two of them already When removing from my pocket . The unit does not have a built-in 12 V car charging function, The batterie has to be removed to be charged, I took it for granted that this unit would charge the batteries on board when plugged in to my car charger but this is definitely not the case and a definite strike against.
All in all because of the Awkward design and lack of ergonomic design I would not recommend this unit compared to others
I wish I had stuck to the pulsar key 30 I originally owned!
