The only reason for not giving a five star review is that I had a little dificulty while submiting the invoice and sent an email, the answer wasn’t helpful but i could manage by myself.

Overall positive experience but the brief should have been better lighter as the client wanted to discuss Oil & Gas along with Industrial service, which are not my area of expertise

Meeting was planned according to schedule. Several calls and messages from different people at Guidepoint to confirm. During the call with the customer Guidepoint called several times which was disturbing the call. Somehow Guidpoint was informed that the customer could not hear me, which was not the case.

Guidepoint has been very good at combining an effective digital platform with direct human support, for ad hoc requirements and feedback.

The projects' topics are well targeted and the appropriate connection has been swiftly found between the Clients and I.

As my collaborations within the network grow, the opportunity for further engagements is clearly expanding.
