Very happy with the service I received from Guitar Mania - good comms and went the extra mile.

All I can say about these fantastic people at Guitar Mania is wow!,
I wanted to custom build a guitar speaker cabinet for my son for a Christmas gift and Mr Chris Farley was there with me every step of the way, honest and always kept my best interests at heart, a very valued store, very friendly staff and professionals who know what they are doing and know how to get things done, they sincerely go that extra mile for their customers and are not just interested In how much money they can make from you,

I was pretty much about to throw my Taylor 814ce on a skip: strings were breaking, the action (adjusted by shims) made it difficult to play, even the tuning was becoming unstable.
In short, it was no longer a joy to play.
Enter Jon at Guitar Mania!
He took it in and explained what he was going to do to get me to fall in love with it all over again!
Within a couple of days he’d turned it round, and it was unrecognisable as the piece of firewood I’d dropped off.
I was pleased with the very reasonable price Jon charged too.
As for falling in love with it again, we’ve been out on a couple of carefree dates, had a couple of good nights out, and I can’t wait for us to go out again.

Ordered a bass guitar from Guitar Mania. Chris was very helpful in getting the purchase sorted out - even sent extra photos of the bass to confirm it was as described and what I was expecting. Bass arrived next day, very well packaged and correctly setup - unpack and play! Very happy.

The sales lads know about guitars and gigging, there is quite a lot of stock and if you call up, you can usually get good customer service and they put stuff aside for you.
