The listing said that a case was included. It arrived without a case and absolutely filthy and unplayable. I was more than willing to clean it and set it up, but for the money spent, I wanted everything that was advertised in the listing. I reached about the case and the store lied and said that there wasn’t one in the listing. The person in the help chat, Tyler S, was no help at all. Never again. If my locally owned shop or Sweetwater doesn’t have it, I don’t need it.

I was helped by Michael. He was awesome to work with. Made the process very easy. Answered all the questions I had and was able to introduce me to Mason the roland rep. Will definitely come back and shop based on this experience.

Customer Service

I called the North Fort Worth store inquiring about a cymbal being in stock and spoke to Garin. He was great. Garin was very upbeat and friendly. He was knowledgeable about my product of interest and I took him up on his recommendation in going with the cymbal pack. I have shopped in person all my life and mostly likely will continue to do so and hopefully Garin is there when I do!

Robert showed me around the store, Matt placed the guitar on layaway to ensure it wouldn’t sell, and Logan ultimately helped me purchase the guitar and arrange shipping. Each of them were helpful and gave me a good experience at Guitar Center. I plan to return one day for a guitar case purchase as well.

My fiance and I stopped in Warwick RI location looking to purchase her first bass guitar. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to help her make the right purchase. They were both very friendly and personable which made it easy to buy knowing more about what we needed. Would definitely recommend these two.

Harold made the purchase very easy. He was available and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my guitar.

I love doing my drum lessons at Guitar Center in California. My very first Fender guitar was purchased there, including the case, and I also found my used Fender Jim Root Telecaster there in excellent mint condition.

I love being able to play the instruments and test everything before buying. I also think their approach is very broad, welcoming, and open-minded towards musicians and enthusiasts.

John, the manager, was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions even though it was the end of his working day and was enjoyable to talk with. As promised, he shipped the amp the next morning on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday! The amp was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Just an outstanding experience all the way around.

Don't ever pay them for faster delivery. I ordered a pedal on May 14 and paid for 2 day delivery. Received it on May 19. Crap service.

Your rep, Jonathan, is fantastic! We won’t buy gear for our company from anyone else at GC. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Our first experience at the Mesquite location was with the previous manager James and we were very scared once he left to deal with anyone else. We were pleasantly surprised to start working with Jonathan. He is professional and he is wonderful.

Mark helped me with buying a Vintage Gibson Mandolin. He is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He gave me the information needed to make up my mind to buy. I wish GC had more employees like him.

Ordering was easy and the gentleman that took my order was someone I’d love to deal with again. My issue is when you get an email that says your product is arriving tomorrow which I took a screenshot, then later you check tracking and it says like 4 days later is expected . That’s enough to make a person decide on whether to buy again or not .

Placed a pickup order for an item because the website explicitly stated i would be able to pickup today by 3pm. I place the order, drive to the store, and then find out the item is not available in store and I must wait 5 business days before pickup. Not great.

Not sure why they are still in business. Went to Highland Park first. Drum room was self-service. No sales help. No check-out counter. Then went to Arlington Heights. I could hear someone playing drums from the parking lot. No exaggeration. I can see why HP went self serve. AH should be next. Drum room was a mess. No door on the cymbal room. Hard to check out cymbals when the floor model drums are all being played-LOUDLY. I tried to get the sales rep's attention but he was too busy "hanging out" with a regular. Paid no attention to me. I said I'd like to check out a ride cymbal. He said these guys were here before me, so I'd have to wait. I said I am here to spend money and these guys are here just making noise. He shrugged his shoulders. Guess they did not want my $400.00. I'm headed to Dugan's with real musicians. The dad bands go to Guitar Center.

Even one star is too many !! it's a SCAM !!!! I tried to contact MGC ; impossible ! E mail adress from seller ; does not exist !! please do not order anything at MSG !

I paid for expedited shipping I hope it's removed when the item becomes available. That charge should be changed
