Good communication from Simon and speedy delivery. Ordered two effects and of one, the cardboard box was slightly damaged (no fault from Guitar FX Direct, I'm sure), but otherwise, a very good experience. If you order from mainland Europe, there are significant import duties and VAT to be paid, but I was aware of this in advance and the net prices eventually were still reasonable. I'll be a returning customer.

Great shop
Ordered a Mojo Hand FX pedal from these guys as they had the most competitive price. The pedal arrived really well packaged two days later. Good communications throughout the process as well. Really impressed and they will now be my first stop when shopping for pedals.
