You should think twice before buying from Gulvlageret. I wish I could give them 0 star.
I have bought some flooring from them but the quality of the floor is very poor. And the worst is they violate the laws of trademark. The floor I bought is advertised from brand Timbertop, which is a good flooring brand. However what I received from them is flooring without a brand name. I emailed and questioned them but they just ignored to answer my questions.
I decided to return all my order, because I dont want to take a risk that my floor which will cost me 55,000 will fall apart after few months. The flooring quality is far from what it is advertised. In spite of my complain about the quality, they just said it is my own valuation and they dont compensate transport fees (both ways), but the funny part is they avoid answer my question about the brand of the flooring delivered to me.
The next step will be I am going to report them to consumer protector for violation of rules in brand name/trademark and perhaps also Timbertop flooring company.

I have never said I bought floor from Timberman, but Lars Højland was mistaken. He thought I mentioned Timberman. I DID NOT send any package with Timberman or Timbertop. What I did was taking a screenshot of Timbertop logo from their website to compare with the logo on the packages delivered by gulvlageret.dk. There were logo overalt on the packages but there was no name of producer or its origin. It is not like you said that they ran out of packaging and used standard white ones.
I have contacted Allan Thomsen, who is sales reprentative for Timbertop in Dk and he CONFIRMED that the floor I once bought from gulvlageret is NOT from Timbertop, but it is from Floors4ever.

You have been in contact with our orderdepartment and our colleagues in the showroom several times concerning this order.
There seems to be an misunderstanding about which floor you have ordered. To my understanding you believe to have ordered Timberman but in reality you have ordered Timbertop. Although none of these floors can be said to be of poor quality the Timberman is an more expensive floor with more details (e.g. the look of the boards, the click system).
You have also sent us pictures with a sample form Timberman which clearly doesn’t fit because it is a Timbertop floor you have ordered.
The packages doesn’t necessarily contain a lot of print and adverts for the company. If for instance the producer run out of logo packages they will use a standard white package.
You have returned the floor an we have sent the total order amount minus delivery fees back to your account. We can not compensate you for the delivery since we have made no errors in this case.
