I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a full set of Continental SportContact 7 tires in 285/30 R20, expecting four matching tires. Instead, I received three tires with a 2026 DOT and one tire with a 2025 DOT.
When paying premium money for premium tires, I expect all four tires to be from the same production period—not a mixed set. This is simply poor quality control and not what customers should receive when ordering a complete set.
If you cannot supply a matching set, this should be clearly communicated before shipping. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

A difference between DOTs can occur within the same order, as tyres under 36 months are generally not listed separately on the site. That said, we understand that when ordering a full set of premium tyres, you may have expected four tyres from the same production period.
If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with our service after-sales team via your customer account so our agents can review your order and check what solution can be proposed in your case. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve our service.

They never announced it on their website!
If I wanted to buy Chinese crap tyres, I'd buy them 3 times cheaper. Not for a Michelin price!

We’re sorry to read this. A balancing result of 140 g is understandably concerning, but the cause needs to be verified with the fitter’s report.
If you have not yet opened a ticket with our after-sales team, please do so from your customer account and include photos plus the garage’s balancing report so the case can be reviewed properly. If a ticket is already open, we will ask for your claim to be prioritized internally.
Please note that tyres already mounted are generally not taken back for safety reasons, unless our after-sales team confirms a product conformity issue after review.
