Great communication, very professional!

Failed to properly bill me and billed me twice in error. GB disallows telephone contact. 'Help' contact at GB failed repeatedly at examining the evidence I had provided which was GB own billing statements. VERY POORLY handled. Got to close my account as they don't care about me as a customer but only revenue.

The remaining time on a certain bid was 4 minutes...so I made a bid,and when item came back up... Remaining time was changed to 4 days.so I asked seller about it.they said they didn't control the times.however they would cancel bid when auction ended.they did.. However now they have blocked me from all bidding on their products.

you have turned into a complete bag of unresponsive crap. I have lost my green check approval that I PAID for! And you do not respond to member inquiries. So, you will disappear just like the Dodo bird...

Simple. I find that there are a lot of helpful and honest people that are your clients as well.

Easy search with options, and a good reputation. Purchase was easy with clear communication. Seller was good to work with.

By using the gun broker I was able to view multiple rifles that I was interested in and bid on the ones that I wanted. The site is easy to use and protected. Great price and delivery.

I wasn’t even in the market for a purchase. Using GunBrokers search engine to window shop Hammerli air rifles. Then somehow in the process clicked back or forward and then there it was a shining DDM4V2 New with the tag from Daniel Defense still hanging from the trigger guard since 2012 it was an OMG moment and then the price $800 and change and then the suspense date less the one hour to go. 🙄 I immediately clicked bid and 59 minutes later Ring ring ~Hello 🏆 winning bid .. I’d like to thank the seller kark38 for the easy transfer of money and the quick shipment and for my fantastic find and this experience has given me a new hope & appreciation for his location and I’d like to thank GunBrokers for any and all subliminal prodding coaxing pushing and the all mighty creator for without none of this would have been possible. For a website trying to sell firearms, they sure do make it difficult just to login. I guess they’d rather me buy from a gun store because they can’t even provide a solid process for resetting your password. The user experience is trash and the fact that they can’t provide a customer support phone number on their website tells me the level of accountability when things go wrong is extremely low.

I was able to use GunBroker's platform to reach more people to sell my gun then through using only my local gun shop.

My account is locked and I’ve missed out on auctions because of this. I cannot add anything to my watchlist either. I’ve sent an email and cannot get a timely response from GB. Absolutely ridiculous for the fees you guys charge x the amount of sales you make.

You are doing great but some of the sellers not so much. Example pawn shops.
