The absolute worst communication of any car dealer I have dealt with!
I dropped my car off at 8am on Friday for a check engine light....didn't hear anything so I called back at noon and was told it might need a part for the gas filler tube and it would be ready in the afternoon. At 5 I had not heard back from anyone so I called and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Saturday morning I called to check the status of my repair since the link they sent was not updating the status. Again, multiple calls, nobody answered the phone. After the 4th call back I got the receptionist who was going to have a service advisor call me back to let me know what was going on with my car. Waited two hours and no call back so I called them again (three calls before I could reach a human). She tells me she didn't know anything so I would have to wait until Monday when Dominic my service advisor came back to work. I told her I could not go from Friday to Monday with no car! Could I get a loaner,,,she could not help and transferred me to someone who didn't even have their voice mail set up. Now I am stuck with no car for three days! Gunther Volvo of Delray is a place I will never go back to and will advise everyone I know not to use them. Poor communication, no customer service, their automated app does not work and their employees are rude. The worst...stay away!
