Request cancel subscriotion and Refund

We purchased subscription with Guru IP Tv about 9 months back. After about six months developed lots of signal and audio problems. Video Signal was broken and same with audio. Cannot watch any channels. Called the customer service , first evening, after we called them they tried but could not fix problem. Second night , third night and fourth night the same. The issues was not resolved. Every night a different technician came. Finally we got very upset and thought that their box MAG544 may be defective and requested checking or changing it, first they agreed to look into it and then did nothing and promised that they call their senior [expert trouble shooter the next evening ]. No call on the fifth evening, and when we called they said that that person is busy and may not be able to come for at leaset one hour, we waited about more than an hour, no show when we enquired, reply was he is still busy and will address our problem , next day {tomorrow}.
This was enough was us, like a knock out punch, at this point we decided enough is enough. We sent a tex message to their customer service pl. cancel our subscription, prorate what we owe you and refund the rest to us at the earliest.
Waited for about a week no answer from them to our request. Now it is almost two months , after several emails, tex messages no refund, no message via tex or email or phone from customer service on our request. No explanation either , what they think about our request. We had an unbelievable horrible experience. Our fault, we believed their word, paid them for a three year contract up front. They donot have courtesy or honesty to answer our request, act in an civilized way and refund our money. We started in good faith and expected the same from them.
Our sincere request to any who are considering Guru IP TV for TV service, keep in mind the experience we had from their Customer service and their technical assistance. Donot pay any money in advance, protect yourself. In our opinion this is not a good & honest company to deal with.

I received a duplicate charge

I received a duplicate charge. I reported the issue through their help message board and received a reply stating, “Thank you for contacting support!” along with a case number which was blank. After several days without any follow-up, I tried again, but since no case number was ever assigned, I suspect my messages are not being processed. When I attempted to call, I was placed on a short musical loop for more than 20 minutes before I finally hung up.

My husband and I and I had a great experience at extended stay memorial highway in Tampa. Employee Portia my bad Fortia I loved her name I can't believe I can't spell it. She was great she also very tentative to our needs very helpful and knowledgeable about this hotel I would recommend it to anyone for privacy comfortability and hospitality.

Wrong Subscription

I subscribe to pdf guru by mistake I did not even know the business before I ran to the company.I called them and explained the problem. The customer service answered and told me that it was cancelled but was not true. The company is desperate to make money out of innocent people by lying and misleading emails. They charged me twice $.99 on 9/25/25 and $1.99 on today 9/26/25.I will report these fraud .

be very careful

be very careful , it's a site full of scammers.
ALWAYS USE PAYPAL since that's the only reason I managed to get my money back after a scammer stole 500 usd
for doing nothing.
I was anyway reimbursed , and for that I thank guru.com admins.
