I have opened my account at this casino few months ago and made a deposit . But after i won certain amount they are not verifying my account as i have submitted my e pan card and bank statement for verification which they is accepted at everywhere as it was issued by government of India. But they are not verifying my account kept asking for driving and passport which i don't . GURUPLAY is the worst casino, they will accept every deposit without any issue only in withdrawal they cribbed . I have also ready to give aadhar card for verification but they are not accepting that also whereas every casino just need aadhar card for verification.
Don't play in such bad casino.. Play at parimatch who is trustworthy.

Scammers
I have deposited in guruplay and won some amount.
Later they have closed my account and informed me that my amount was refunded.
But I haven't received even my deposit amount
I tried to chat with the customer service regarding refund . They r not willing to help me to get my refund.
They transferred the amount to themselves and claiming that the have issued refund.
plz don't play and get scammed in this website..
