Engineer was respectful to myself and my property. He explained in detail what needed done with the guttering and how he could help. After arranging the guttering guys to call they told me they would be here between 8 and 10 - no one showed up. I rang and was told I'd get a call back - I didnt. I rang them again only to be told there had been a misunderstanding and that I had not been booked at all!

Paid a large down and they never showed up. Always have excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job when promised. Then they stopped communicating.
Can’t understand why any legitimate business would take another persons money then not do the work promised and paid to do. They have been in Marin for years and have a website. I believe Gutter Guys is a franchise also. They must want a poor reputation,
