It is so nice to have a place where I can have healthy food and know exactly what I'm putting in my body. I unfortunately have to eat gluten free and dairy free which limits what I can eat. Guzman Y Gomez allows me to eat without feeling guilty or scared of reacting to something. The chicken is tender and the sauces are beautiful, the spice on the chips is heavenly. I find the burleigh heads one is better than the palm beach one.
All I ordered was 3 chicken tenders and a small fries. It took me about 1 hour just to receive that order! A small portion of tomato sauce usually comes with the tenders and they forgot it! The GYG wasn't even that busy, with only around 3 people, including me. Completely ridiculous. The staff did not seem to be working to their full capacity. Not happy with this particular restaurant in Belmont as this happened twice or more. The one at Westfield Carousel is way better than this. A big fat failure to this Belmont GYG. Will not be coming to this GYG again! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I ordered online to collect from salisbury down store when i been there i been told someone already picked my order, store refused to refund my money and blamed me by saying I'm there fro free food when they finally said will remake my order they humiliated me and asked me for my order number and detail multiple time i did email gyg for refund they didn't even bothered to reply back gyg never ever you guys in life
