The team were incredibly professional, friendly and courteous throughout. They treated all of our belongings with great care and respect, taking the time to protect furniture and make sure everything arrived safely. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to help us in every way they could.

Fantastic service from Lambs, we last moved 23 years ago they were great, just downsized, had 3 quotes,Lambs came out the best, by quite a large amount. Moved on Monday, could not fault the 2 guys, very helpful & friendly, made the day stress free, thank you again.

We used Lambs removals for storage for 10 weeks while between properties.
The removals arrived on time, and carefully loaded our belongings into crates, using all space.
When we were ready to move again. Mark and Bradley arrived at our new property.
They were very careful with our belongings and new home.
They were friendly and helpful. Exceptional.
Would highly recommend. I phoned the office a couple times with queries . All staff friendly and helpful.

Jamie and his team (Nathan, Stanley and Morgan) were fantastic! They packed the house up in a day and got it on the lorry and then packed the last few bits (beds etc) on moving day. They worked so hard, and were so friendly and considerate. I would 100% recommend, these guys are the bomb! We can't thank you enough!!!

We would like to thank you all for a fantastic service helping to move my mum back from France to Malvern. Right from the start everyone we’ve spoken to on the phone has been super helpful. With myself and my sister both living in the UK, some of the logistics and planning has been difficult and stressful at times but Chloe in particular has helped us all along with answering questions (many questions!) filling out paperwork, reassuring us about customs forms and just guiding us through the whole thing.

Brad came over to pack and load the lorry at the French end, and did an incredible job on his own getting though a lot of stuff in a big house! He understood that some things were a bit more difficult to deal with, and also that the whole thing was a big deal with my mum returning to live in the UK after 25 years in France.. He worked amazingly well with the local removal guy, despite neither of them speaking each other’s language!

Brad and Ash then unloaded everything this morning my mum’s new address in Malvern. They helped with where to put things, suggested having a ‘box’ room to be worked through later and were happy to help with any changes to where things needed to go as they came up.

Overall we are really happy with our choice to use Lambs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone else.

An excellent experience, starting from our initial enquiry to the collection of the last of the unpacked boxes. Jamie was extremely helpful throughout and the movers, Kieran and Kyle, were polite, professional and made my elderly mother's move as stress-free as possible. Would thoroughly recommend.

With regard to my earlier review about our grandfather clock I would like to clarify that the few missing items to which I referred have now been found, and everything has been accounted for. Moreover after its repair the grandfather clock is now fully operational and there was no permanent damage.

We were so impressed with all of Lambs staff who dealt with our move. The whole process was painless, stress free and efficient!
Brad and Mark, our movers were fantastic, helpful, friendly, polite and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you to James and the team at Lambs Removals for moving us this week. The team were there bright and early in the morning and with us until around 8pm as we didn’t get our keys until around 3pm. Every team member was smiling, helpful and friendly and made a stressful day feel good. It wasn’t a straightforward move with a tricky location to navigate but nothing was too much trouble for Lambs. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We were very anxious about our move having had a really bad experience when moving five years ago. Lamb’s, however, have restored our faith. Dave’s careful packing was second to none and nothing was broken or damaged, Charlie’s organisation was brilliant and by the end of our two day move the team felt like family! The office/admin support team were also most professional, reassuring us every step of the way. A big thank you to the whole team, but particularly Charlie and Dave.

Moving from the family home after over four decades is a significant moment, and needless to say, there are some challenges! We were really well looked after right from the start by everyone in the office, guiding us through the process. They demonstrated excellent communication, being quick to respond to calls and emails. On the day of moving, Jamie, Mark and Dan did an amazing job; they were very efficient and professional, and we really appreciated their care and attention. We would like to thank the whole team at GW Lamb for taking such good care of us and supporting us each step of the way.

WOW! what a team! We haven't moved for 22 years! so it was a big task, although moving within the same town it was going to be a big job! fantastic service from start to finish ,friendly, polite, professional, strong, efficient, worked amazingly as a team and even a second crew turned up to help when they finished another job. So upset and disappointed with a company that we thought had a good reputation and service. Quick to take our money upfront but when we informed them one of our storage containers hadn’t been packed properly and I had pictures and videos to show them, I was basically shut down by two individuals who I believe are family owners. The guys who delivered were great and did their job, but unfortunately our belongings put into their storage were not treated with respect and the packing service wasn’t completed. If compensation or ownership of this was given I would not be writing this review. It’s seems they’re not too happy with being given feedback with a negative connotation and certainly not interested in putting things right. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Lambs to family and friends in the area.

We used Lambs as they were competitively priced for removals and storage service. The packaging of our household items was good. We used their storage option so everything was put into their storage containers. All appeared well until the day we received the containers at our new home several months later. Many of our plastic boxes were received damaged, soft furnishings were used as gap fillers and not covered and some items missing. Do not assume that the storage containers will be sealed and not opened before being delivered to your new home as several were opened and items loaded into a box van due to unavailability of the truck to transport the large container boxes. I am sure the simple service of removal and transport is good, but the storage element and subsequent transport cannot be recommended. This feedback has been provided to Lambs already where they have taken note of the comments and stated that any items removed from storage containers is done in a secure area.

Excellent service from Lambs, from the first visit from Jamie and his competitive estimate, to the day of collection when Brad and Morgan arrived promptly and with suitable vehicles, they were pro-active, cheerful and competent getting everything sorted into the right place, without fuss. they came back early the next morning to pick up the final items, and then set off from Hereford to Sussex, we all arrived at pretty much the same time, and after 6 hours drive, they were still energetic and worked hard until mid-evening. The final morning they finished everything off, assembled all the necessary furniture and went on their way, we were very happy with the whole process and thoroughly recommend Lambs.
