Seller silent when trying to return goods
Claimed against my card provider - which was a long difficult process and received a refund
Supplier stopped answering emails and phone calls to discuss refund.
Bought goods and paid extra for next day delivery.
2 days later when goods not sent emailed to cancel my order.
Goods arrived 5 days after order.
Emails to inform seller I wishes to return the goods sent after I had cancelled order as uk law and companies own terms and conditions.
Seller has not replied to 5 emails
One phone call answered when I said my name call disconnected. All following calls number unavailable.
Will write to supplier hopefully they will answer recorded letter.
and if no answer try small claims court.
Would not recommend
Would not use again.
