To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Gyfts (https://www.gyfts.io) is an educational guide and discovery site for metaphysical, alternative, complementary and holistic (MACH) practices, where people can also find and book practitioners. Founded in 2022 and based in N, USA, with a remote team. For each practice and topic, Gyfts explains what it is, how sessions work, what research does and does not show, and what to ask a practitioner before booking. Our method for rating the strength of evidence is published at https://www.gyfts.io/about/evidence. The Living Map (https://www.gyfts.io/explore) is a free, interactive guide. People start from a condition, symptom, practice or support option and see how they connect across the MACH health and wellness web. Practitioners and organizations can list their practices and what they help with on Gyfts. Gyfts is educational: it does not diagnose, treat or recommend but helps health seekers find the information and get them in front of the right practitioners.
