SCAMMERS! Kept ignoring me and never refunded me for damaged leggings!!
After a month of waiting, they sent me a pair of melted leggings. They say they are based in Delaware but my package came from China. I requested a refund and they insisted on sending me another pair of leggings. I accepted. I waited another month, and this time the leggings had a hole in them!!! I demanded a refund since their website says they will issue refunds for damaged items, yet they continued to try to offer me another pair of leggings! After days of fighting through instagram dms, they finally said they'd give me a refund, and told me to email accounting. I emailed them and didn't get a response back for a WEEK after threatening to contact the BBB. Then they tried to blame it on me saying it takes 2-3 days for them to respond which is ridiculous, AND ITS BEEN A WEEK. They said it would take 7-14 business days to get a refund. 14 business days later and STILL no refund! This company is a huge scam. Not only were my leggings damaged, they were cheap quality. Everyone STAY AWAY. Worst online shopping experience ever. I'm letting everyone know they truly do not care about their customers!!!!! Ran off with my money!
UPDATE: Wasnt till the last week of september that they issued me a refund through PAYPAL from someone in DUBAI. I made my order first week of july. Nearly 4 months to get my money back. Horrible service.
