I ordered buttons and have never received them. I have tried contacting them by email, phone nothing. I really do not trust them. Goods ordered 31st. October now 19/11/24 and still nothing
Customer service was excellent...Habbyworld kept me informed via email throughout. This was a fiddly order, too, but I received it all and well packaged in a very good time frame. Many thanks from an appreciative customer.
My order of 12 small buttons took 9 days to arrive. I was shocked to find that I had been charged £3 postage. Obviously this was an oversight by me at the time of ordering but just needed to say how disappointed I was as having ordered buttons from other sites i was charged less than £1 and even free postage. Buttons are lovely though.
Fast service, replied to my emails quickly. Products arrived within a few days. Very happy.
