DO NOT BUY, WASTE OF MONEY! Poor Quality, Flimsy and Tiny Jewelry Sold Online
The product photos on their Shopee and Lazada sales platforms are very misleading. On delivery you will find the jewelry is tiny and far smaller than shown in the photos resulting in a massive disappointment when you open the package.
The products are so tiny, flimsy and bare thin that I cannot see any lady adult using it. Perhaps if you have a 6-11 year old daughter it can make a cute gift but for anything serious for your Mom, Wife or Girlfriend their online range is a disaster!
What shocks me is that a market leader and highly respected local jeweler who has spent decades building their reputation and goodwill would now indulge in these money grab tactics online and have a strict no return policy. Have they lost confidence in their own products?
In an age where a 7 or 15 day return is standard this is a further surprise and disappointment. You expect a "branded" jeweler to treat customers better and have higher standards than anyone else in the market. Seems I was wrong.
