I did not ever contract or use this company and 'never heard of them. There was an unauthorized charge and transfer of money .... no goods were received, no order documents, no receipts, no nothing.

I was so excited to use this service being quite behind and a new mom. I purchased the service which they double charged me and told me they would refund me the 2nd charge of $87 (which 5 months later they have not). I did receive an assistant who had over a week for his first task and did not complete it then when I spoke with him after the time needed he said he would work on it right away and basically gave me something that would have taken no more than 2 minutes. I contacted the company and they said they would find me a new assistant (as per their promise on their website) I waited months and contacted them many times and never received a new assistant. In that time they double charged me for the second month when I had still not had anyone to work with. So now I have been charged 4 times. I spoke to them and they promised to refund me. Months later and now I cannot even find a phone number for them. I contacted paypal after many emails directly to them. They responded saying I have used the service!?! I'm very dissapointed as they have majorly wasted the time I had already not had. I would never use this company or recommend anyone else getting scammed by them.

I have been working with Habiliss now for a period of 2 months. During that time the Virtual Assistant I've worked has definitely made my life easier.

He has solid communication skills, is very attentive, and is thorough in his explanations about the work completed at the end of each day.

I have recommended this service to my circle of friends.

Habiliss is currently assisting me with various projects. At first communication was difficult, but once you get a system - they are great. Very bright, helpful, and nice to work with. It was a scary thought, but am very pleased so far with the service I have received.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Service was absolutely terrible. They have taken money unauthorised from my account and are now refusing to refund the money. DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.
