Every games are stolen. They have no respect for anything.

Hacked Online Games website makes money out of stolen Flash games on which they first removed the original ads and links to their authors' websites. I'm one of those original games authors. This kind of website is the cancer of the independant video game industry. It is very harmful for our moral and making a game is already a complicated task.
Just watch "The Flash Games Postmortem" by John Cooney from Kongregate at GDC17 to understand what the developers think of those kind of "stolen games portal".
If you enjoy the games you are playing and if you want to play new cool games in the future, you need to support the developers. Do not just play games with all those disrespectful advertisements for your computer and your kids on Hacked Online Games.
