From the initial enquiry (a request to produce a belt for a buckle that I was to send) all the way through to receiving the final article Alison was attentive, communicative and professional. Even though I was fully at fault for dragging out the process (it took me quite some time to send the belt buckle), no frustration was shown and turnaround of an absolutely perfect-to-requirements belt was rapid as soon as it was received by Alison. As such, I can find absolutely no faults whatsoever in terms of Hadston Leather's core business.

The icing on the cake, and the thing that makes a good product truly great in my mind, is the commitment to local and historic industry: leather from Walsall, the home of UK leather manufacturing (and if you're get a belt in full a Walsall-forged brass buckle as well!). As such, not only are the product quality and service absolutely perfect, if comes with a feel-good buzz to boot.
