I placed an order with Hairdis and requested delivery to their store in Leysstraat, Antwerp. To my surprise, the store is permanently closed, and my package could not be delivered. I received no prior warning about the closure, leaving me confused and frustrated. Customer communication has been poor, and I still don’t know where my order is or how to receive it. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

I bought a hair straightener for €190. I tried it and it pulls my hair — it gets stuck between the plates and damages it. It’s clearly defective. But they won’t take it back. This is costing me both time and money. They’re selling faulty products and refusing to accept returns.

I was at Hairdis (DeBroukere) yesterday. Talk about not feeling welcome! I was there to buy some products. The sales clerk was not friendly at all. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I know now why that shop was empty.

Deplorable service. The best shop assistants get fired because of incompetent management.

The employees give bad advise and the hair colour I bought lasted only 1 week... very dissapointing and not professional
