Heatless curler set…
Bought the heatless curler set thinking it was another Rehab company so make sure you’re ordering from the right one ! Also when I said I’d like to return it and have a refund told no return or refund as it’s a “hygienic” product so they’ve got my money & I’m stuck with an unwanted product. Great customer service Not !

I think the hair colour texture etc…
I think the hair colour texture etc fab, however very disappointed with the hair turning pink every time i go in the sun. I protect hair with a uv spray bay. never go in the water. which is a shame! still hair goes bloody pink!!! a lot of monies to have to change hair every time i go away!!!
I’ve just purchased the water hardener fro try and restore my extensions as advised by yourselves , which I had to take it to the salon for them to apply it with heat as it states on the back of the package. My hairdresser has never seen anything like it in all the years she has been trading. I’ve also purchased all of your shampoo hair mask etc as my hair is in such poor condition after using the hair restore sachet which hasn’t done anything. I am really disappointed with the after-care service & the money I’ve spent on this to try and get my extensions back to their colour prior to me going on holiday. I protected my hair on holiday in every way possible I will go elsewhere and buy my extensions as this is absolutely shocking. Happened to me twice now and these extensions arnt cheap!!!!

Hi Danielle, sorry to hear you have experienced hair discolouration. As we explained in our email to you, this can be caused by a number of factors. Many of our customers wear their hair extensions in the sun with no adverse reaction so if you would like to send us a list of the products you have been using, we can try and help you identify the culprit. It is often sun-screen or mineral content of water in certain geographical locations. The application of Malibu C can be used to fix the issue and avoidance of certain products can prevent the situation happening again. Love Hair Rehab x

Great hair, wrong colour
Hair was beautiful, however not quite the right colour match. Very helpful staff throughout order process. Have returned hair today and will order another colour once processed x

I have worn Hair rehab Utip hair extensions for years now. I'm addicted. I have a great technician to put them in. The hair is always great quality, looks natural. Also very good to maintain. I always get 6 months wear before i need to change.

Very disappointed paid total of £24 for a £19.99 hair bun and postage, the colour didn’t match so I sent the hair bun straight back and they refunded me £16.99 for £19.99 hair bun it’s cost me a total of £7.99 for postage.

Excellent quality, worth the money
The delivery was quick, took only 3 days. I loved the quality of the product (I was looking for a good quality hair brush made out of high quality not static plastic. And the heatless curler is really good, soft and squishy - perfect) and I got exactly what I wanted, and the packaging was good as well.
